I have been taking my kids to the Dental Ark for years now and my kids love it. My son has Autism and they do awesome with him and he loves going to the dentist, and this is coming from a child thats gets scared when he hears the machines. I thank you for all you do Dental Ark!!!

My son is a preemie and just turned one. The staff is so understanding of his developmental delays. Luckily, he now has 4 teeth, and the staff is so friendly and they love my son!!

One day my spouse and I we were getting the debrief at the end of our visit of future services needed. I went to the back to get my kids who were still in the play area located between the 2 service areas. After I gathered my two kids and was headed out we were stopped by one of the assistants who rudely stated I was not supposed to go to the service area without an escort. I apologized and said I was only getting my kids as we were prepared to leave. She then ripped off the name tags from my two kids shirts and I almost lost it only I was too much in shock with what had just happened. We left and in the car I felt as though I should've told someone of the horrible way we were treated. Then I remembered, the best complaint you can make, is never returning.

The entire staff is incredible. The Dental Ark treats you like family. The environment is very welcoming and comfortable. My ten year old son has never once complained about going to the Dentist.
