My 9 year old has been coming here since she was 3 or 4. She loves the facility and the way she's treated. Every time I tell her its time for her dental appointment she's happy to go. She quite literally runs into the clinic! Thats worth gold to me! Any help I can get to make parenting easier is always VERY appreciated, and they teach her the importance of brushing her teeth and flossing and how to do both correctly! To date, we've had ZERO cavities, so they're obviously doing a great job of teaching her great oral hygiene. Now if only they had math tutors in there....

Horrible communication skills. First time I tried to make an appointment I was asked for my call back number and assured me they would call back in about 10 minutes. A week later I was still waiting on them to call back. I called and let them know my experience. I got an appointment to see the Orthodontist two weeks later. Only to find out when we got there that the Orthodontist appointments were only on Thurs and Fridays and they had me down for a cleaning on Tuesday!!! Time was taken off work to meet our appointment!!!! Lost time for working people. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The Dental Ark is an amazing place that has taken care of my children's teeth since their first dental appointment after they were born. This office is professional, knowledgeable, and I have never had a problem with adjusting appointments or with information that I've needed. I also like the reminder calls for appointments. That helps a lot. Nice and friendly staff.

On the recommendation of our wonderful dentist when we were stationed in San Antonio who also works here I have been bringing my 2 autistic kids here for 2 years now. Being at the dentist is often stressful for special needs children and the staff here understands that. From the front desk staff, to assistants, hygienists, dentists and orthodontists we have never had a bad experience and for the first time my kids are actually excited to go to the dentist. My 12 year old had always had to be sedated for dental work previously, but at this location he not only had his X-rays and cleaning done without issue, but also sealants placed! I have always been able to accompany my children from
X-rays, exams and cleanings.
