Every single person was super attentive and caring! The best experience and service I’ve seen. They definitely went above and beyond to help my son with his dental issues. I’m super grateful for them and will definitely be returning.

I’ve been taking my daughters to Dental Ark since very little and they both love it! All of the assistants are so nice and the Doctors as well. I definitely recommend this place! ❤️

After 3 years I decided that the last 2 visits were horrible service with the front desk lady and some of the dental assistance. They don't have patience for children with their rude remarks. My son is autistic. My child is not the type to run around all crazy. My son sits quietly in the waiting area but is very afraid of the dentist. He asked for a sticker after their horrible service and they didn't give him one or a silly toy. That's ok. We will not waste our insurance or time with these people. Don't take your kids here especially if you have an only child they love to rub that in your face because you give your child extra love and care. As a school teacher I have patience for children and my husband is a contractor knows how to be professional with people. I guess we had high hopes with Dental Ark but they don't meet our standards.

Went in for a tooth extraction and I was not properly sedated, I felt a lot of pain as they worked on taking my teeth out and I tried multiple times to signal that I was in awful pain but ended up getting my arms and one leg held down. I was just 13 and I will never trust this place again.. :(

Their staff members are very nice to the kids, this time I am rating at 2 stars because my girl surgery took 3 and half hours. If I respect the time of my appointment and I am on time then it should be the same in return. I ask for better organization on the appointments as some of us have to have to return to work and 3 hours late it’s a lot.

The waiting time is way too long, my daughters appointment was at 10 and they didn’t attend her until 12:30 🙄

There wasn’t too long of a wait. Which was WAY better than the last time we went. I completely understand, esp in these times... being short staff and training!
They were very kind and extra patient with my 4yr old on x-rays.
Most importantly, the way I saw all staff sanitizing the waiting areas and exam spaces made me feel comfortable for my daughter’s safety... esp during the times for her to remove her mask.

Staff is very friendly. My 1 year old cried when they checked her teeth, but right away they brought her a toy. We were in and out within an hour from our appt time.

I love coming here, ALL staff are so sweet and attentive. My son would have a hard time when we would have to go to the dentist but their patience with kids is absolutely amazing. Over time now my son enjoys going to go get his teeth cleaned or for whatever he needs done. Overall I would recommend the Dental Ark as a top notch in customer service and staff.

We were a little early and I thought we would have to wait 30mins but they took my kiddo in right away. She has anxiety and asked the tech if she could listen to music during her cleaning they were very accommodating. The parents only lounge was great. Very happy and so was she!!
