Westside Dentistry Stephen J. Kimball, D.M.D.

Being referred from another dentistry, I went in for the first time not to long ago. I had the worst experience! I was told I was going to be getting a cleaning/x rays done. After waiting a whole hour and half, I had been brought in for x rays that took about another 2 hours. Seemed that the lady did not seem to experienced, after asking to take several x rays of the same places she had already done. At that point my jaw had already been soar. After the 3 hours, I was prompted to go the front to share my “method of payment” .... I had asked about my cleaning, they stated there hadn’t been enough time, to reschedule for next time. I was so disappointed. Dr. Kimball did give me a personal call, which I appreciated but this whole thing could have been prevented. I felt comfortable when I read the good reviews on google but take it from me, it wasn’t good.

In Oct 2017 I moved from CA to El Paso. Nov 8, 2018 - I just had my first visit to Westside Dentistry and I am very pleased. I know I picked the right facility. My hygienist was Amanda and she took complete care of me during my X-rays, exam, and teeth cleaning. Dr. Kimball came in to examine my teeth and review the X-rays. He, too, gave me excellent personal attention. Blanca at the front desk helped me get my initial visit set up. All in all, everyone there was spectacular. And I felt great after I left. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: it is now April 2022 and I am still with Westside Dentistry. Some of the personnel have changed, but the service and the people are still fantastic. I have needed multiple crowns, various fillings, and now an implant for a badly decayed molar. Terah is the woman who is helping me now. She is FANTASTIC! I absolutely can't recommend her more highly. She listens to me, gives me honest answers to my questions, and is skilled, thorough, and attentive. Thank you, Terah, for all you do. I am blessed to have you as my care-giver.

Since the time I switched here from another dentist whom I had trouble getting an appointment, I have been treated kindly by all staff and received the most gentle and professional dental care, and never looked back. Love my dentist(s) and everyone! Thanks to all.

One of the BEST Dental offices I have ever visited! I did a walk-in for severe pain they were so understanding, and definitely fit me! The office manager, Rita, sent a txt about two days later to follow up and see how I was doing! My dental assistant Patricia was sooo sweet and explained everything step of the process to me! And the Dentist Dr Kimball was very professional and kind! Just an amazing experience... and when I went back in for A follow-up is just as pleasant and welcoming!!

Do not trust this place, they are not honest upfront, they didn't say they were not within network of Concordia through tricare, which means they charge whatever they want and the insurance will only cover what they deem is the right price. They are not even sending anything to the insurance, they are just charging whatever they see fit. This place is a scam, and then when we figured out the scam and called them out on it they still said they are going to try and charge a $75 dollar fee for canceling on the same day and then they even had the audacity to say we can take that payment over the phone, after 2 weeks ago they made my wife drive all the way over to make one of their other bogus payments, saying they couldn't take payment over the phone! #boguscharges

Dani and Dr. Perkins did an amazing and painless job on my tooth extraction and crown. What I thought was going to be a painful procedure was a walk in the park. Will be coming back soon!

The entire office is so nice and friendly. They were able to squeeze me in immediately and have my wisdom teeth extracted. They even respond promptly with email! I am definitely sticking around!

First time customer, I specifically asked if my dental insurance was in network with their services, they were sure it was, not only it was a waste of time, but now receiving a bill for something i did not ask for, nor informed about. They now claim the person that informed me about that is no longer there. Very unprofessional and what a way to lure in customers.

Dr. Kimball was very professional and thoughtful in his care. He, his dental hygienists (Ramona Acosta and Rosie), and his other staff members were thorough in the care they provided. They would explain each procedure, made sure I was doing okay throughout my visit, and treated me like a valued patient. I highly recommend Dr. Kimball’s office to others!

Great place, great doctor, amazing staff, and great service.
Staff is so helpful and great attitude, dental hygienists are so knowledgable and kind, and Doctor is also pretty helpful and knowledgeable.
Can't say enough about how great the service has been here, in all aspects; from walking in the door to heading out.
