This is the third time I have been a patient here, I found them when i had a terrible toothache. The receptionists and dental hygienists are excellent. Their customer service was just impeccable. Dr. Kimball is also very courteous and fast. The waiting time is not bad at all, at least the three times i have been here. Very glad I found this place.

Evelyn did a great job taking my X-rays and the pictures of the inside of my mouth. I was amazed at how your technology is so advanced that I could see the inside of my mouth.
The hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a wonderful job.

My first visit I got my wisdom teeth removed and it was super quick and easy. They explain everything before it happens even with the cleaning. The nicest dental doctor and staff in El Paso!

Arrived at 4:00 pm for my appointment just to realize the staff had left and there was nobody to take care of me! Excuse: I didn’t confirm my appointment?!! They texted and called me -and since I didn’t reply to any they “assumed” I wasn’t coming??
Their office hours are 8:00-5:00 btw
You do realize people work and their time is valuable. I had to leave early from my job, go through the trouble of rushing through traffic to this conundrum!

I was referred to Dr. Kimball for my daughter, being the first time at this office I was nervous, however his staff front office staff made sure we were taken care of with out a long wait. Dr. Kimball explained to us step by step what he was going to do and ensured everything was understood before the service was done. The wait time was extremely minimal! EXCELLENT SERVICE!

This was great service, called on a Friday at 12pm with a cracked tooth in really bad pain and they got me in at 3pm that same day. Very good dentist and all the assistants are good as well. Highly recommend to everyone.

I was a new patient. My crown fell out while flossing and they were able to see me the next morning and ended up pulling the tooth that same visit. One of the best dentist trips I have had in a very long time. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
