Great, friendly and caring staff who are ready and willing to answer all questions you as the patient may have. Dr. Kimball is great and caring. All staff pay great attention to detail and the patient walks out of the office knowing they are well cared for and appreciated.

Staff is very helpful & makes the scary process of getting dental work very comfortable and they make sure you are informed of everything that is being done to you. I’m very pleased with the service here, always feel welcomed & they go above & beyond to make your experience at the dentist is one of the best ones ! Definitely recommend coming here, plus the office is really pretty & clean !

Love this place and this is coming from someone who used to hate the dentist. Friendly, competent staff. Very accommodating in emergencies. Absolutely no complaints :) I'd definitely recommend this dentist.

The receptionist here are the bomb. They really take care of you. The doctor is carrying and attentive to your needs. All the assistant are great!! I love and recommend Westside Dentistry to everyone!

Had to get a wisdom tooth pulled that was bothering me for 1 week. I work out of town so I had been dealing with the pain for a while. Called the office and they fit me in on the same day. Minimal wait upon arrival (unlike just about every other dentist I've seen) and I dont think that i was just lucky. I saw 2 other patients come in and get helped almost immediately. They did some xrays and found the problem almost immediately. They gave me a numbing agent and some anesthesia and proceded to pull my wisdom tooth out (it took about 3 minutes) had to pay a small amout that my insurance didnt cover and I was out the door. As a new patient, I must say I was thoroughly impressed that the whole process from walking in to walking out took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. EXCELLET! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT!

Dr. Kimball's staff is always friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. Kimball is equally professional. I am always in and out quickly, and appreciate the great service. Best dentist in El Paso.

I hate to give horrible reviews based on a few people who ruined my experience. Dentist was very nice as well as some of the front desk staff. Let me start by the dental hygienist. She has been one of the worse DH I have ever encountered! First, she came into the room making a lot of nosie setting up everything and never acknowledge me. Finally after about 10 minutes of her being there she finally introducing herself to me while she was behind my chair and didn’t Show her face until the clean. After she tried to up selling me the debridement cleaning and I refused, she lost it and started letting the suction hang off my mouth, made me gag multiple times, hurt my mouth so much, and had the bright light hit my eyes the entire time. She didn’t even have a DA so the entire time it was just her awkwardness there and the cold suction tube hanging of my lips. She didn’t even polish my teeth until I asked her about it. Her excuse was because of “inflammation.” She should have given me an explanation first why she didn’t do it instead leaving me to conclude that she straight up hates her job and is a lazy DH. After telling her I was pregnant she made a joke “knock on wood it’s not twins”, as if it’s a bad thing. By the way I do have twins so I don’t see the joke in that. Afterwards she didn’t even let me know if we were finished, clueless /awkward if I should leave or what, I just asked to use the restroom and ran away from her. Lastly, after I left I encountered yet another woman at the front desk who seemed to hate her job also. I asked her if that was it and she said “yes” and I left. Not until a really nice girl chased me down to give me my goodie bag. Please note I am a medical provider so we do make the worse patients as the saying goes. You have been warned. I am not sending my husband here or daughters.

The front desk staff was smiling and very friendly, which was nice. My hygienist was also very friendly and very thorough and professional. Everyone here was great! I definitely recommend them!
