Great visit. Moved out of El Paso over a year ago and I still fly in for my appointments at Westside Dentistry. Staff went above and beyond to expedite and ensure treatment would be complete before my travel back.

Dr. Kimball and his staff are amazing!!! I needed a root canal on the spot, and Dr. Kimball took care of me immediately. Dental work is never fun, but Dr. Kimball and his professional, helpful and EFFICIENT team made the experience as pleasant as you can make it. I've had extensive dental work done through the years and I have to say, that Dr. Kimball and his team are the absolute BEST in their field. I highly recommend Dr. Kimball's Westside Dentistry ❤️

My experience was perfect in every way. The office was running on time, and all employees were friendly and professional. I am very uncomfortable at the dentist and the experience here was much more comfortable. I also asked for a referral to an oral surgeon so I could be put out for an extraction and implant. The surgeon to whom I was referred was excellent. I will definitely be coming back to your office.

Doctor Kimball and his staff, were very careful and selective with the fit of crowns, I appreciate this. The team is always working together and complimentary to each others jobs and tasks. Always greeted with a smile and and leaving with a smile. 😃 Knowing that the health of my teeth are in the best possible hands and drills. Thank for taking the time and attention to make me and other patients feel calm, and confident, knowing we are, in the best of care! 😁

All the staff is very friendly, kind and professional. They helped me set up a payment plan that I could afford, which meant a lot to me. They are amazing!!! I recently switched from a dentist I had being seeing for years. Definitely the best decision I ever made.

Asked for consultation on Invisalign and they wanted to do a cleaning and x rays before speaking about Invisalign. Don’t go if you only want consultation. Bad business practices

Let me start I telling you, I expect to get excellent service from my hard-earned dollars, I am fairly new to El Paso and had a excellent dentist where I lived in Fort Worth, Texas. I’ve looked for the same here in El Paso, and had bad experience with a couple of inferior dentist, in my trial and error search only by accident did I discovered Dr. Perkins, and found a dentist at Westside dentistry, that met my expectations. Dr Perkins and staff namely Dani and Tara, are excellent, very professional and have perfect bedside manner. We all understand that little things are important, after any procedure Dani would call the next day to see how I was felling, any problems and if I had any questions, a very nice touch and Tara who always makes me smile, quiets my concerns, lowers my blood pressure and insures me that they will strive for the perfection I desire and if your feel lucky enough to have her she might even sing to you as she works (smile). As I said before I demand excellence, Dr. Perkins assured me that I would receive that which I expected, and Dr Perkins gave me what I expected “ Excellence“. I no longer need to search for the excellent I desire, I will continue with Westside dentistry as long as Dr. Perkins, Danny and Tara are there to fulfill my dental needs, I would suggest that if you use Westside dentistry you should request Dr. Perkins, and Danny and Tara, they will do everything to fill your dental needs, calm your nerves, give you the smile you seek. I went into Westside Dentistry to fix the chips on my top two front teeth and get veneers. I was nervous for the process at first but Terah and Dr. Perkins made it a comfortable experience! Terah is super friendly and helps to make the experience enjoyable :) from the initial consultation the process took about 4 weeks. For the prep for the veneers Dr. Perkins hardly shaved any of my natural tooth so it still looked normal during the waiting process for the veneers to come in. They came out really nice and I love the final product! Westside dentistry was also very helpful when it came to figuring out my payment plan. I’m glad I went there !

Dr Perkins and staff are absolutely amazing. I’m terrified of dentists due to prior experiences. Dr Perkins was kind and patient throughout the procedures. Dishonest office. My family and I have been to this dentist three times this year and each time have paid over $400. I provided all my insurance information in our initial visit and it is clear through our conversation with the staff, that none of the claims were submitted through our medical insurance.

In our second visit we were told that one of my boys would need eight baby teeth extracted. While paying for the days service it felt like I speaking to a car salesmen when trying to schedule the date for the extraction. In the week leading up to our next appointment for the extraction, my son pulled out two of his baby teeth. When we got to the office, I told the staff that he pulled two teeth out so there would be less for them to extract. They said they would re work the financials at the end of the appointment. At the end the Dr's. tech brought me my son and said that eight teeth were still pulled but two of the teeth were destroyed in the extraction so they just threw them away. I was handed a nice plastic case with six teeth and asked to pay the same amount.

After our appointment we went home and counted the extraction areas in my sons mouth and only found six! These people lied to my face to get $46!!! Who cares if the service and work is good if they are willing to lie to your face and steal your money! If you go, which I hope you don't, make sure you are on top of everything that is being done. And I guess count your teeth or the holes in your mouth afterwards to be sure your being charged fairly. Terrible!!!!!
