During my regular cleaning, some issues were brought to my attention that needed to be taken care of.
The doctor and his staff took care of everything quickly, and pretty much pain free 😊. I'm very happy with the work done, I didn't realize how important and what a big improvement the work that was done until afterwards.

Best dentist office I've ever been to. Employees are friendly and caring. They go beyond customer service to meet your needs. Dr. Kimball is wonderful too. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I truly recommend Westside Dentistry.

Fantastic service! I came to get a teeth cleaning kit and was very satisfied with the quality of the trays and with the instructions provided by staff. I would come back for my other dental care if I wasn't already covered by the Army.

First visit, front desk ladies very polite and welcoming. The service is great my dental higeniest was very nice and took her time with me. The doctor is nice as well, clean office.

I really will recommend this dentist, plus is very close to my home and work.

Absolute dumpster fire.. my partner was treated like absolute trash.. then charged.. so bad we had the bank reverse the consultation charge reversed
as fraud.. 5000 dollar denture cracked at 18’months repaired and 6 months later it’s worse.. The balding puggy looking dentist is a lucky man to have insulted my partner in such a manner and would love see him attempt his ghoulish insults in my presence .. And the chakita at the front desk who has never missed a meal is as useless as her treadmill..
Expect a lawsuit soon .. if you have thousands to spend on Piss poor service and sub par quality service and enjoy third world products this is the place .. if you enjoy being treated second class by a TV dinner price is right looking tool this is the place . see yah in court ..

The dentistry is clean and the workers are helpful and friendly. But it is a pity that they are out-of-network of PPO now. When I firstly visited there, it was in the network so I thought it is like a forever thing, but for the following several treatments (about 3-4 times), they charged me a higher out-of-network price without letting me know in advance.

I found Dr. Kimball’s office by googling and reading all the amazing reviews he has. Going to a dental office is always scary but the office staff made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. They treated me like family. If I had questions, they answered them straight forward. I was worried my insurance would not cover my treatment but the front office staff reassured me and helped me find another solution. I was in and out of the office quick. No wait time. I definitely recommend Dr. kimball and his staff. You will not be disappointed.

Friendly Staff. New and clean equipment. Never a problem when I come here. Issues are always explained in detail and patiently with me. So glad I found this place and choose it to be my dentist for now and the foreseeable future. A+

I called as a new patient who was looking for a dentist for a routine cleaning, and was surprised to be offered a next day appointment. The office setting is beautiful and relaxing; great views from every patient chair! The staff is very friendly and professional, and I felt secure in Dr. Kimball's and Mona's (hygienist) care. The office was able to fit me right in after my cleaning so I could get a cavity fixed that was found during the exam. They made my follow-up cleaning appointment before I left, removing the hassle of me having to remember to do it in 6 months. El Paso is lucky to have such a professional dental team!
