Ideal Dental West 7th

This review is for Ideal Dental in general. Just don’t get Invisalign through them. Unless you want it to take 3 times as long as you would elsewhere. Although receptionists are very nice... They are very slow at responding and getting back to you of results and corrections with months of not getting your next trays. I’m so frustrated. My braces were supposed to be off a year ago but thanks you Ideal Dental Im going on another year. Unorganized ran office. Not receiving phone calls back just the run around. Not just this office but other ones as well. Worst dental experience. :( I feel like they do not care at all whatsoever about their clients. I’m very unhappy and all they say we will get back to you as soon as we can... but never actually follow up or try to fix a problem.

Efficient and caring. Switched to this office because they are in network for me. Very satisfied with their service. Recommend them.

My first visit to this office was great! However, the second time I went I had to get a mold made of my teeth. I paid upfront for the piece and made an appointment a month from then to pick up my piece. I went to my next appointment and they told me it hadn't arrived in the mail but that they would let me know as soon as it arrived. I called them every month after that for a status update and it went from being made, to being lost. After 6 months of dealing with this BS I finally asked for a refund, which I am still waiting for.

Whatever you do, DO NOT PRE-PAY for anything. They will screw you over and give you another excuse about how it takes billing 8-10 days to cut a check for your refund. It's been OVER a month now since I requested that refund and apparently Felicia (the office manager) can't get a response from billing on the status of my refund. I have never been more disgusted by a business before in my life.

Absolutely the best!! Very professional& courteous!!! The assistant is super nice and personable! The dentist is gentle friendly caring,exactly what ya want when on an operating table!

I recently moved to the area, and came in for my routing check up. The girls at the front were friendly, and cheerful. I had a filling done, cleaning, and the laser whitening done. Dr Barr and Cami the dental hygienist were fantastic. Very polite, professional, and talkative. They all made you feel very comfortable. I was recently seeing Mint Denistry, and I like Ideal Dental a lot more. I will be seeing them again as my regular dental office!

I had some specific questions about getting a crown and every concern I had was addressed genuinely and with respect. The Officer Manager, Jay, was exceptionally fantastic. She went through the cost for this procedure and answered all of my questions. Thank you to all!

The office is very COVID cautious which gives you a piece of mind. Staff is timely professional and has only recommended what truly needs to be done. Very detailed with cleaning, so fresh and never hurt after the appointment

I had an amazing experience here! The staff proved to be great and accommodating to my needs! Angelica helped calm my nerves by answering every question I had and didn’t make me feel like my questions were idiotic. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family!

The staff and clinicians are always super friendly! I leave each appointment feeling taken care of and well informed about anything that's going on. I love this office!
