Very polite and friendly staff! Great visit

I found this location by just looking around online for a new dentist after having several bad experiences with many others! God must of been on my side this time bc these ladies are absolutely amazing! They were very sweet with so much compassion for what I was going through without any judgment! I can’t wait to see the end results of my new journey with them for a new happier smile! I highly recommend this location and the Keller location if anyone is looking for a new dentist!

The BEST dentist office I have ever been to! All of the ladies are so nice and helpful and they go above and beyond.I hated going to the dentist before but because of them I will never worry again.

They said 2 days and we will call you to schedule , but three weeks passed and I am still waiting for an appointment to be scheduled.

Today I scheduled an appointment with today dental for a teeth cleaning and to examine my mouth for oral cancer (nothing serious), my first visit in Fort Worth, the dentist was super cool and looked at it for 30 seconds and told me everything was good to go. The receptionist who was not the most pleasant woman from the beginning called me at first to try to move my appointment, I told her I would like to keep the same appointment. An hour later she called me back and told me they would have to charge $104 just to even look at my tongue for two seconds (crazy). I have been going to the dentist my whole life and this is the first this has ever happened. Today Dental's business model is all about quotas, which is fair, they are a business. However, I recommend sticking with your local dentist and not a company that cares about dollars and not the patients. I'm highly disappointed in the Saginaw location because my experience at the other location was great.

I have never had a better experience in my life! I have major anxiety with anything dental related, which is not great because I have had 3 implants, 5 root canals and 8 crowns (I grind my teeth). Dr Branca and her entire team have been so accommodating, understanding, and patient with me that I never want another dentist in my life. No dentist and team has ever, or will ever compare to the care I have received here. Do yourself a favor and go with Dr. Branca. You will not regret it!!!

Amy how amazing is she! She made sure my emergency appointment went great and worked immediately in on a Saturday to stop the pain! Love the entire staff and Dr. Branca has the best bedside manner ever! You guys nailed customer service and patient kindness today! I will be a forever patient!

Great customer service! I was assisted by Idalis and she was pleasant and helpful. I had so many questions and she answered every single one of them, her and the office made me feel super comfortable.

Wow! Just wow! I very recently went in to this location for a cleaning and a fill. When I say this is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office, I mean it. They are very prompt. I never had to wait. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to many many dental offices. Both military and civilian. This office is by far the best. The dentist who worked on me was so gentle. I felt no pain whatsoever. They actually care about their patients. I will be recommending all my family and friends to this location. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They exceeded my expectations!

I really hate getting the x-rays, but Dean was great and it wasn’t uncomfortable like other places. Amy at the front desk is very knowledgeable and super helpful and nice. Great experience overall!
