Dr. Branca staff is friendly, courtesy, patience and make sure you fully understand everything in full. I had a bad experience at the Haslet location and was recommended to come here. From the first visit to a few visits later, highly recommend. I never do review but she was able to correct a previous dentist mistake plus more.

Laura was amazing and Dr. Branca was great. Laura did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Branca is not an alarmist dentist. Highly recommend for dental work and they are open on Saturday which is a huge plus and super convenient for my schedule!

Ending a 2-year business relationship with this vendor because I have grown weary of their nonsense. I have had issues with poor workmanship, billing inconsistencies, and having my time wasted on multiple occasions. It took a ridiculous number of appointments to get a crown properly placed (at least a half dozen if not more). On one occasion I made the hour drive to their office on the day of the appointment only to be told they did not get the crown delivered. They also rescheduled multiple appointments on me, which while cumbersome I was able to accommodate. My insurance company informed me that they were not charging me in line with the negotiated rates and I never did receive a satisfactory explanation of charges. In fact, I received three different invoices for the initial services provided, all of which were for a different amount. They mis-applied my initial payment which would have cost me roughly $100 extra dollars had I not caught the error. No explanation for the error was ever given. The last straw was when they called me while I was in their parking lot at 14:13 today to cancel my 14:00 appointment. There is a huge mess of construction in the area and one wrong turn can cost you an extra 10-15 mins. I explained that I have driven an hour to be there and they refused to accommodate me even though I have been understanding of their numerous issues. I guess they don’t think it should work both ways. I accept that it is my fault for not arriving on time, but this provider has clearly demonstrated over time they do not value my business and there are plenty of others out there. You can barely throw a rock in any strip mall parking lot and not hit a dentist office so I’m off to try the competition.

Friendly environment and they provided me with so much information. They answered all my questions, the staff are very sweet. If your trying to find a dentist I recommend you come to this dental office.

My Wife Diana and I both use Today Dental for all of our Dental needs. They treat us like family and make you feel comfortable with any treatment. If that were not enough … the prices are great too.

This office is amazing. I had a crown that broke and it was shredding my tongue. They got me in same day and took care of the issue immediately. Everyone was very friendly and all procedures and pricing was discussed prior. No surprises. This is my new Dentist.
