This is a well run practice. Front desk has always been friendly and efficient. Dr. Nguyen is always nice and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things to his patients. He only recommends treatments that he thinks are necessary and in the best interest of the patients.

I have been going to Heritage Family Dentistry since we moved to the area. Their office staff is very efficient and I have never spent much time fill ing out forms or waiting for a long time in the waiting room. The dental technicians are very friendly and did a thorough job whenever I went in for a checkup. Dr Nguyen and Dr. Drinkwater are both very friendly and they spend time explaining the technology and techniques that they are using.

I would highly recommend this dental office! I had an emergency dental issue arise over the weekend and my own dentist could not get me in until a few days later. We called around and Heritage Family Dentistry was able to get me in within a few hours. Once I was there, it was an amazing experience (not too many people can say that about a dentist). Dr. Drinkwater was up front with me that the procedure might not be successful but she was amazing. Some of the pain came back that night and they were able to get me back in within 2 hours of calling yesterday and Dr. Mangum immediately resolved the pain but again was honest that there is a small percentage that I may still need a root canal. Immaculate professionalism, bedside manner, and honest about what to expect. We are switching my entire family to this office!
