Dr. Chen with his team including the Assistant and Hygienist are so great and they have provided us amazing and excellent treatment. We have had many years experience with receiving dentist service and Dr. Chen with his team absolutely is the best one we have received. Dr. Chen as well as the Hygienist and the Assistant are all performing excellent with high professional skills and very nice treatment. Even the staff in front desk always show you nice and smile that makes you feel good and comfortable. The Dentist team all are really care of the our teeth health and teach us a lot of knowledge that is helpful to protect teeth health. They listen to you and friendly communicate well in regards to care. So, we have chosen them as our long term family dentist and fully recommend.

Dr. Chen did not show our family kind etiquette as a dentist therefore he did not make my experience with my children there a good one, so I don’t recommend this office if you are searching for a good friendly pediatric dentist.
To top it all off the staff showed to be inconsiderate and did not care to inform me that they would stop accepting our insurance. They allowed me to go through the whole process of making their office our primary dental provider and scheduled all my children without ever mentioning that they would stop accepting our insurance. They failed to communicate that they would not schedule me after that first visit and only shared that when we were checking out by handing me a list of other dentists. It’s understanding for doctors to decide that they will not accept certain insurance plans but it is not appropriate and very unprofessional to withhold that information from patients who went out of their way to be there.

The best Dentist place ever! My previous experience with dentists are awful, but my friend recommended me this place. But this place is awesome!!! So far I have been come to this place three times and definitely will come back again for my further cleaning! My mom loves this place too. Doctors and the whole team, they are really care about your feeling and take care of you! They are super sweet, nice, friendly and professional. I didn’t feel any uncomfortable whatever is the cleaning or filling service. I was so scared of going to dentist before, because I have some awful experience. But this place truly change my mind! Before the service, they will ask you all the details and explains the whole process to you, which is important. Highly recommended!!! The best dentist ever!!

The Little Big Sniles Fanily Denistry has been awesome so far and probably one of the friendliest dentist places I’ve been to. They make you feel comfortable, provide information on anything you want to know and even took the time to show good brushing and flossing practices. I’d recommend them to anyone, any day!
