Dr. Pak is the best dentist we've encountered. It's so hard these days to find a good dentist. There's multiple dentists on every corner in this city, which makes it difficult to determine who to go to. I'm so glad we found Dr. Pak. He is the first dentist we have ever seen that has taken the time to introduce himself to us and explain his background and qualifications. He was also very thorough in explaining to us what he recommended and why. I highly recommend Dr. Pak for any of your dental needs!

This place has the best atmosphere and treatment that I've experienced.
At my first visit, the staff gave me a tour of the entire facility. I have never seen any other place do this. I know it may not seem like a big deal. But small instances like these make all the difference in making you feel at home and comfortable.
Second, Dr. Pak and his staff are transparent during the entire appointment. From the moment you step foot inside, staff greet you and instruct you what to do. During your procedure (whether it's cleaning, filling, etc.), they talk you through on what they will be/are doing. I find that to be very calming to know that they want to inform you about everything going on.
Finally, they are very patient in giving advice and helping you understand your own dental situation. If you don't understand what they mean, they are more then happy to re-explain or give you a simpler analogy for those who are not familiar with dentistry terms.
The staff and atmosphere complement each other. Everything is just as good as it seems. Clean. Open. Calm. Transparent. Kind. Caring.

Do to childhood experiences, and extensive experience with healthcare I am not a fan of going to the dentist, or the doctor. Dr. Pak was the answer to my prayers. I felt comfortable, he was thorough while remaining engaging. I walked in the door and they greeted me by name and thanked me for the completeness of my online paperwork. I was so taken aback I said, “I think I just filled in the blanks.” They took me right back (no waiting) and took good care of me - which included news I did not want. Best I’ve had.
