Received a mailer that offered a full cleaning for $45. That's what I asked for when I made my appointment. No cleaning was delivered. Instead, I was charged $30 and ended up listening to a sales pitch. I wondered why they set up the room for a full cleaning and even broke open a sterile cleaning kit when they didn't intend to do a cleaning? I can't trust this place again or ever.

She gave me a headsup before any sensitive areas were cleaned/worked on and did a great job.
