Great dentist office and Dr Matthew is great and very caring.!!

Knowledgeable office staff. Friendly hygienist who explained procedures thoroughly. Beautifully decorated office. Even had good music playing in the background!

I have been going here for over 15 years. My hygienist, Sandy, is so patient, kind and compassionate. She and Dr. Matthew are very thorough and make sure I completely understand everything being done. The office staff goes out of their way to answer any questions I have about my services. I trust them whole-heartedly with my dental care.

I couldn't speak any higher of Dr. Matthew Record and his entire staff at Gainesville Family Dentistry. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I have high dental anxiety and when I go there it goes away because I know they all care about how I am feeling and do their best to make those anxieties disappear. I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Matt Record is so caring and talented that I actually don't hate it. He is someone I have come to trust because he is very thorough and detailed. His experience is extensive. My dental hygienist is professional and caring. She listens when I discuss with her my concerns and things are taken care of immediately. I feel like I am with family when I'm there. I have been a patient of Dr Record for 15 years and I couldn't be in better hands.

As another person stated I used to go to Dr. Powell when I was a kid living in Gainesville. I used to love everyone there. Well I'm an adult now and had moved. I had gone to Monarch not knowing what I was getting myself into. They did not do a great job. So I figured I'll go back home. I have been going ever since. I love the staff. From the billing, receptionist, the dental hygienist and Dr.'s. They are so friendly and make you smile. They make me feel at home when my husband and I are there. Worth the drive for an honest thorough job. Thanks and keep up the good work! :) :)

Dr. Record and his whole staff are the most kind, caring, and professional group of people. They do great work and my family and I have used them for as long as they've been in business! I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Record and his entire staff. The routine care is well done, friendly and complete. They make you aware of concerns and explain treatment options. Dr Record is very careful to minimize pain and very observant of body language that might indicate that the pain level is elevating. In addition to routine care I have had multiple crowns. First, he watches and waits until treatment is necessary. He and his staff work very hard to get a good color match so the appearance is natural looking. Most importantly he is very good at fitting and placing the crowns so the gums are happy and the tooth feels perfectly natural. A great dentist that provides great care. I am glad he is my dentist and part of our community.

This is the by far my favorite dentist. All of the people are so friendly and nice to be around.
