I got up at 4 am this morning to drive 4 1/2 hours, half of which were in dense fog, to get to my appointment with Dr. Roberson at RR Dentistry. I was willing to do this because this is literally the best dental office around. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, comfortable atmosphere and exceptional dental work provided by folks who truly care about me as a person. I highly recommend Dr. Roberson, Dr. Smith and Dr. Roach. And by the way, I have been a dental hygienist for over 35 years, so I know a great dental office when I experience it. ; )

Pamela cleaned my teeth and she made me feel proud about my home care (said I was doing a great job :) The five young ladies up front, Susie, LaDonna, Stephanie, Emily and Ronda greet you with warm friendly smiles, RR Dentistry has the complete package when it comes to ALL team members, I have met all 4 Doctors, assistants and hygienist! Very friendly, very efficient staff and Dr. Robertson was reassuring as he tracked down the source of my pain and even made the appointment for me to see an excellent user friendly endodontist the next day. From the moment you arrive in the parking lot till you leave you have the confidence that this practice is going to do everything to make sure you are in an environment that is totally safe. You don’t have to touch any door handles, no paperwork to fill out as long as you filled it out on line prior to you visit, they even clean your credit card before they return it to you. The staff is so friendly and professional you feel you are a part of their family. I was so impressed with how quickly I was seen by Dr Roberson and the care that I received!

From the moment I spoke to Susie on the phone, I felt this would be a step above my other dental experiences. She genuinely seemed to care about the things we discussed and worked hard at scheduling an appt with my constantly changing schedule.
Liz (dental assistant) took great care in making sure I was comfortable with the x-ray process as I tend to be very anxious.
Rhonda (office coordinator) explained the billing process and was very patient in answering all of my questions.
