Very friendly staff. Dentist really cares about patients comfort during dental work. If it hurts, let him know and he will do something about it. He doesn’t like having you suffer like most dentists do. Office is very flexible with patients changing dental needs. I used to be terrified of any dental work after a dentist back East not numbing me properly for a root canal. Now I don’t need sedatives to be able to walk in the door or “laughing gas” during work being done! Staff and dentist helped me overcome my fears and anxiety.

Surprisingly enjoyable. I always dread going to the dentist. Especially as a new patient. The “x-ray tech” was so friendly, explained every step, and made me feel at ease thru it all. I never felt like I was being sold on anything. It was all about my needs. Dr. Higgins was personable, charming, and enjoyable to be around. Every one seemed happy working there. I like that. Good vibes.

Dr Higgins , Brenda and his staff have been the type of people that you can talk to and make you comfortable in every possible situation. They are very supportive and are making me more confident in dentistry at every visit. Katie did a great job when I warned her I had sensitive teeth. Great cleaning and exam by Dr. Higgins. So happy to have no issues, but trust them to fix if I do!

Over the last 50 years I've had a lot of dental work done by different dentists, but Dr. Higgins is by far the best one I've seen. I recently needed a crown on a molar & Dr. Higgins completed the job with only one injection in my mouth. Previous dentists would inject in the roof of my mouth & gums, but Dr. Higgins' single injection was all it took. In addition, the numbness was gone within an hour & I had zero pain after the drilling & temporary crown was set. I honestly never knew the job could be completed with a single injection. The cost was much less than any other crown I've had & there were no surprise costs involved. Thank you to Dr. Higgins & his absolutely awesome staff for restoring my faith in dental professionals.

As much as I hated the dentist growing up I just say I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and the dentists have a great sense of humor making the time there less tense.
