The most important part is how my baby felt, she was doing great & didn’t complain of pain or any complications after her procedure. If you are looking for a dentist or need a change or maybe moved… This is going to be the best decision you’ve made by coming here! I had an emergency and although it was not my first visit here the staff and Dr Nina are professional, super awesome, organized, and very genuine. These days well at least for me it’s hard to find a dentist you can trust and are comfortable with. Epic West is a choice you won’t regret!

She is, also, very witty and makes me laugh a lot, and that calms me. All of her staff are warm, welcoming and comforting, and when Wendy checked my blood pressure before the procedure, it was normal.This is a very good sign that I am comfortable in this Dentist office.

I have a 4 and a 5 year old and it was time to look for their first dental appt. That's when i found out that we have DMO insurance and i had to go researching Dr.s in my area (online) and wasn't thrilled about any that I had to choose from. I was referred to Epic West from my brother who sent his son here. They had a special going on for a child special which includes Exam, Xray, cleaning and flouride for $49
It was my kid's first time to see a dentist so there was alot of anxiety built up, but upon our arrival, we were promptly assigned to a room where i was able to fill out the forms for my kids as they were getting their cleaning and xrays done.
This brand new facility is clean and immaculate and they were using a portable xray machine, the decor was nice and very inviting. The whole staff was pleasant, patient, and entertaining to my kids. I was able to be in and out with both kids within an hour.
They were even generous enough to offer us refreshments after our check out. Although i could have utilized my DMO insurance and probably may not have paid much, I'm glad I took my kids to Epic West Dental because they had a great experience and there wouldn't be any anxiety coming back to see Dr. Dinh. Highly recommend!

Dr Dinh and her entire staff at Epic West Family Dentistry have completely changed my fear of going to the dentist. I immediately felt assured that I was in the right hands for a last minute appointment is due to a cracked molar. They not only got me in the same day but they addressed all my concerns and fears. They even went above and beyond to assure me this unfortunate event would not stop my vacation plans the following week. The office is just as beautiful as they all are inside and out. I am so thankful I found them and look forward to many years of care in their very capable and caring hands.
