I went to lakeview dental for my gum treatment and the
transaction took place on March 28, 2022. I made all upfront
payment of $1271 via CareCredit on approval. According to the
plan, I am supposed to get 3 gum treatment and filling of my
tooths. After my first gum treatment, I found all employees of the
providers changed. Though one of their managers called me and
told, company hasn't changed but I saw they didn't have any of
my financial or billing information after my second visit. I saw a
big changes in their service, they just provided me cleaning
service. That is not the service I asked for initially. After my 3rd
visit of basic cleaning (seemed like), the provider sent me a bill of
$116, which wasn't there in my plan. I didn't ask for anything more
what I have in plan. The handwriting on the plan is NOT in my
knowledge, and when I signed wasn't there. After my 3rd visit, I
started feeling pain on my left bottom teeth. I had all the
discussion and dealing with Ms. Jessica Smith. She is not there!
I made a formal complaint to BBB

I'm not sure of where to begin,but it has come to giving this location a low rating with recent rescheduling issues related on their behalf. I have never had a dentist/hygienist cancel on appointments (3 times). It was the last draw. I'm not sure what is happening there but it came for me to start researching and look for a new dentist. After reading reviews from past experiences at this location, I've come to realization this place has gone downhill. Also, they will upcharge you more compared to other local dentists.

The staff and doctors here are always so kind, friendly, and understanding. I have horrible anxiety and white coat syndrome. After getting my first cavity/filling in my late teens, I was terrified and wouldn’t go back to the dentist for years. When I found Lakeview Dental and visited them for the first time, I knew I’d never go anywhere else. Thank you guys!

Always had great experiences with them. In and out, not rushed but I would go there, be seen immediately at my appointed time or even when I arrive late like today and leave very satisfied with the service. I feel like they know me, take care of me. I never wanted to go to a huge practice where one feels like a number or just another patient. Not here. They make me feel welcome and comfortable. My husband and I highly recommend them.

Dee Dental Care:
To receive a review from me, my collective experiences have to be exceptionally good or outstandingly bad. Fortunately, this is an accolade of appreciation for Dee, my favorite hygienist at Lakeview Dental. I admit that I did not like this office much after, similar to other reviews here, going from a brag-worthy mouth in my previous dentist's office to hearing that I needed fairly extensive cavity work done at this office. In the interim of deciding if I wanted to follow through with treatment, I met with an angel named Dee for a few teeth cleanings.
Dee consistently does a great job of balancing her warm and personable demeanor with keen knowledge and professionalism, which are both rare. Personally, she leaves you with the feeling that she loves her job and want you to love it, too. Professionally, Dee's teeth cleanings are painless and the results are always so impressive that I usually walk around showing my teeth to random strangers.
Lakeview Dental, I vote for you to add Dee on your next poster and provide a nice raise for being a difference maker within your organization. :-D
