I had my initial visit today with major/minor issues I’ve been dealing with subconsciously with my teet; that need to be addressed by my wedding day which is about less than 2 weeks away.. We set up an ideal time frame with only utilizing my lunch breaks, so I wouldn’t be able to lose out on work time.. Every staff member was very courteous and polite as I entered the office.. I’m so excited for what’s to come these next couple of days..

My recent first-time visit to Rio Vista Dentistry went very well. Having recently moved to Harlingen (due to husband's employment) I had no previous knowledge or referrals for Dentists to rely on. After numerous online searches I decided on Rio Vista. From the Front Office staff, to the Dental Assts and Dr James himself, everyone was very welcoming, friendly and professional. Best TMJ treatment in Central and South TX: Dr. Bonnie at Rio Vista Dentistry has a beautiful and state of the art office. Her staff is professional, and friendly and are very responsive to my difficult TMJ condition. I live in San Antonio and travel to come see Dr. Bonnie after a failed experience at a self proclaimed TMJ Specialist in the big city. She was willing to work with an untraditional time line for treatment since I had to travel so far to see her. She has taken a pain-less comprehensive approach to healing my debilitating condition which as a result has been progressively improving. My occasional headaches are now manageable and she has helped me help myself with her clear explanations, visual aids and unconventional methods. I highly recommend you see Dr. Bonnie if you suffer with TMJ symptoms, even if you need to travel to see her. She will work with you and is honest, sympathetic and extremely knowledgeable with all things TMJ. You will not regret it and your jaw will thank you!!!

Have nothing but good things to say about Rio Vista Dentistry, dentists and staff. They are kind and compassionate and their work is above reproach. They were most kind to my late husband as he transitioned thru his phases of life post-stroke.
My first visit was a front tooth cap that had come off. I went to the phone book and called many practices explaining my problem, the best I could get was a visit in a month. Then I called Rio Vista and Dr. Bonnie said there was no way she could let me go thru the weekend with that missing front cap. This was at the end of the day and they stayed and took care of me, restoring my beautiful smile.
It's been about 8 years now and I actually look forward to each of my visits. Good people. Love you all.

RVD handled my appointment with such professionalism & Care. I almost didn't want to leave as they made me feel so comfortable laying in the chair with a bulging discs. Felt pampered! Staff is so sweet & nice, hands down, A+!

I highly recommend Rio Vista Dentistry. This dental practice treats the whole person, not just their teeth. Dr. Bonnie recommended a night guard for my son after she learned about his sleep problems (night terrors, grinding teeth ect.) and after looking at his X-rays. The night guard dramatically changed the quality of his sleep. He now wakes up rested, less irritable and is even using less medication for a medical condition.
