Dr. Bonnie and her work are AMAZING! She has alleviated pain and aligned my bite – all of it being very easy and comfortable for me. The high tech equipment used to test the bite and show where the problem areas are is specific, allowing Dr. Bonnie to make the adjustments needed. She is excellent with this work, which is painless and easy for the patient.
There was a point during the work that my facial muscles completely relaxed for the first time in months. That felt so good and was such a relief. I can smile, chew and sleep better now.
I cannot say enough good about Dr. Bonnie and her staff!
The staff is so professional, knowledgable, efficient, and friendly that I want to compliment them. Mary, Becky, Sharee, and Sally have been directly involved in helping me and have simply been great! Everyone at RVD is friendly and helpful, making a visit there easy and comfortable. Now the current review. Older one is still true, but I want to add some more.
This review is specifically about teeth cleaning and about Sally. Sally is an amazing hygienist! She always gives my teeth a thorough cleaning and makes my mouth feel great. However, this last time, she outdid herself. She even got my old, coffee-stained teeth to look good and bright. It is truly amazing! Friends have commented so I know it’s not just my imagination. My teeth and mouth feel so very good, and Sally is helping to keep them healthy.
I appreciate the excellent care and attention I receive from Dr. Bonnie, Sally and all at Rio Vista Dentistry. You are the best!!!

I was recommended to Dr. Bonnie Villarreal by my ENT doctor after he diagnosed me with TMJ. I've been suffering from jaw pain, bad headaches that required over 700 mg of aspirin daily, swollen cheeks, & consist teeth griding, neck pain, & facial pain for several years that have gotten worst over time. She had me start on a mouth guard made especially for my teeth to wear at night. It's been like 6 months into this process & it's made a big difference so far, it has really improved the way I feel overall. I can't remember last time I took a high mg of aspirin, pain in my facial areas around eyes & forehead have decreased to the point that I don't look so tired from clenching my teeth or muscles being overworked. My "bite" has been more relaxed & my face isn't so swollen, it's been a sight to see & feel the change slowly but surely. I highly recommend Dr. Villarreal for she has been very helpful to accommodating to my needs, the cleanliness of the place, & her amazing stuff is just a place to be for seeking help & getting a solution.

Dr. James was very patient with me, and he explained the process of my procedure so I could understand. Dr. James took time to answer my questions. Dr. James' Assistant, Hortencnia, explained what she was doing throughout my procedure. She was very kind and I appreciate her care for my needs. I am so blessed to have Rio Vista.

Dr. Bonnie Villarreal’s Rio Vista Dentistry is a great place to take care of your teeth. The front staff are very professional greeting the patients and making them feel welcomed. The dental staff such as Maria does a great job on my teeth and provides solutions to take care of my teeth after the cleaning. I feel, I am in good hands. I can’t remember all the names but Maria, Victoria, Mary and Becky make me feel special.

Premiere dental service! Easily the best dentistry in town. They have top notch equipment & machinery. I have never been disappointed here. My comfort as a patient is a clear a priority for the staff; they keep me informed during every single visit. Beyond the cozy living room-like ambience of the waiting areas you will find a modern, state of the art facility with wonderful, traditional, caring doctors and staff. My Family has been using Dr. Bonnie and the doctors at Rio Vista for years. Both Dr. James and Dr. Villareal are excellent dentists, but equally important, they are truly interested in their patients and willing to take the time to discuss any problems a patient may have and recommended procedures.
