Been sitting in the lobby waiting 55 minutes because if the insurance check. We have the same insurance. I see several doctors and dentists and this is the only place that I always have this experience. I couldn't recall why it had been so long since we last came to the dentist....NOW I REMEMBER.

The whole team here are super friendly and take care of your kids. My daughters loved going to the Dentist. They have some arcade games a small theater and a playground area and an area to color while you wait. It's very clean and well managed. I'm glad I found this place and will be coming back! Great job everyone @ RodeoDental.

Have been waiting for my Invisalign since August this is far the worst experience I had I was really excited to finally get my invasiligns as a birthday present to myself and still to this date no one from rodeo dental can tell me what’s going on keep in mind I paid for the down payment already… not even a call or a message stating why the wait is so long.

Poor customer service
I had to call me insurance while on the lobby to verify coverage cause she said her computer read it was not active till next year. Clearly a glitch. I had to tell her and call the 1800 # on back of insurance card handed it to her before she figured out she could call, verify this herself. Need more training

Dr. Salman is excellent and he always has a big smile. My daughter says he is always so kind and gentle. Him and the team have done an excellent job with my daughters braces. Everyone here is so helpful and courteous.
