The doctor was very courteous, and explained the examination and work in detail. The dental assistant was very nice. Actual appointment went smoothly, and the doctor's hand was very gentle. None of the gum snags most people fear.

But the modern office of KD Dental far exceeds my “old” dentist’s office. I can’t be happier with the care and complete understanding I was given. I love Dr. Karina Bartz, she is wonderful! Very thorough, she pays a lot of attention to the smallest details. She makes sure you are comfortable every step of the way and tuly wants your dental experince to be a pleasant one. I had a crown repaired and was fitted for a new night guard. (Received it the next week.) The office is beautiful and relaxing, like a spa! The staff is amazing. Awesome location in the heart of Heath! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now and my smile has never looked better. Thank you Dr. Bartz!

Most pleasant experience at a dentist's office in my life. Dr. Bartz was extremely thorough, informative, and kind. Her assistant, Candace, was friendly, patient, and overall wonderful. I no longer hate going to the dentist.
I have now had 2 appointments for fillings and 1 for wisdom tooth extractions. When getting the fillings, I was totally relaxed; I am normally tensed up the whole time. Dr. Bartz is wonderful and Candace was very calming. I love how I got to pick whatever I wanted to watch on Netflix and the headphones made it extra fabulous. I actually looked forward to my second appointment.
Dr. Pope did a great job with my wisdom teeth extractions. It was fast and painless. Even the healing process was better than when I had gotten my others out.
