I do not like dentists at all. They frighten me and make me feel uneasy.
This dentist office made me feel so comfortable with their friendly staff. They were patient and had answers for all my concerns, from the walk-in, to the procedures needed to be done, and payments. I appreciate them very much. Just from that one good visit I will recommend them.
*I loved how they have a kids area, how quick I was seen and evaluated, and how they have televisions to distract you while you wait and get your procedures done.

The Dental services are GREAT! The receptionists scheduled on 12/30 had a lot of attitude, were extremely rude and unhelpful. When asked for an explanation for an increase in price the receptionists would not provide any sort of explanation or assistance to understand the unplanned increase. Receptionists are the first people you see when you arrive and are the first impression you have of the business. The visit would have been excellent if it weren’t for the lack of patience and understanding from the persons staffed that morning.

I was really hoping to have a good experience here from all the good reviews. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for me. I went in due to being from out of town and not truly knowing a "good" dentist, looking for some relief from a massive tooth ache.
I had an x ray done, the dentist came in, said hi how are you? Said one thing about my tooth and proceed with "I have to take it out" and walked away. No explanation, no reasoning.
This was very unprofessional and disheartening.
Needless to say I sought after a second opinion and I'm so very glad I did.
