Great staff and quick service!! My little girl was so nervous and scared from previous different dentist’s visits but this clinic’s staff were so awesome and professional they were able to calm her down and after the service rewarded her with a little toy which she gained so much confidence to return for her future procedures!! To a mom, this means a lot…thank you so much..God bless you guys!!

Emergency root canal. Saved my tooth and quickly eased the pain. Everyone is friendly and attentive at every step resulting in precision. Dr. Kim and her team have gained a new, loyal patient.

I was there no more than an hour. The ladies are awesome. This dental office is like finding the perfect barber. I plan to continue to go to Easy Dental.

Had a horrible experience coming here. Came for bonding n a crown re-cementing and they broke my crown. Had to come in twice and they forgot to do the cleaning procedure. They overbook patients and were so busy that they didnt even get to start on my filling and wanted to re schedule me even after they injected me for the numbing because they were overbooked. The rooms have no privacy and you can and see the front waiting area. The doctors are nice but the staff needs to stop overbooking patients and be more patience with each person. Had to go a different dentist to correct and fix my teeths.

Dr. Kim and her staff were extremely helpful and considerate. They accepted our daughter as a walk-in 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday and even stayed late to make sure the procedure was done properly and that we understood the post care instructions. We will be recommending this office to family and friends for any future work.

I had a deep clean so I had some gaps, they priced me out to fill in the gaps I had after the clean and I thought it was a reasonable price so I made an appointment. I went to my first appointment and they only did 2 gaps when they told me before I made the appointment it was going to be all gaps. I was really upset so they ended up giving me a discount, I had to pay more for 2 more gaps when they said all was included with the first pice they gave me. Anyways, 9 months later one of the fills came off while I was flossing. They strictly told me they have warranty and guess what they don’t now!! What a damn joke they are! Never will I ever step into that facility, they are a waste of money!

The staff and Dr. Kim are always very attentive to my needs. Great place, service is excellent! Every time that I come here I really do feel that the doctor cares about oral hygiene she is a very honest doctor that cares about her patients.

Great service and customer service. I was received quickly upon arriving and was explained very clearly on how they work with you during this pandemic. Forms were filled out electronically, quick and easy. I was done X-Rays and check up. Everything done quickly, clean and efficient. Dr.Kim explained everything thoroughly and showed me exactly all that I needed which was calming because I was expecting the worse. 10/10 Reccomend. Will definitely continue to come and will bring my family. Worth the 40 min drive from the west side of el paso.
