You never know how bad your dentist is until you find better one. The whole staff at BLVD is very friendly - and SUPER efficient! They show obvious care and concern for my health, make suggestions to help me improve it, but never try to up-sell or pressure me. I especially appreciate the how respectful they are of my time. Overall a very easy and pleasant experience. Thanks!

Cannot say enough about how positive my experience was here. They fit me in for a same-day appointment that I urgently needed and worked with my insurance within an hour of calling. Provided me necessary services I needed without pushing for extra procedures. Every member of the staff was extremely friendly and professional. As a medical professional myself, I would recommend their services to anyone. 10 stars.

This place is completely overpriced! I have a decent insurance plan. I went there got half of my mouth deep cleaned it cost over $300 dollars just for half a cleaning. Then they wanted another additional $300 for the other side the following day. I went to Modern Dentistry in the Heights on the following day. I redid x rays, the other side of my deep cleaning, fluoride treatment, and EVERYTHING. It was ONLY $105 with my insurance. These people are so unethical, how do you charge OVER 200% more for the same service I received. Won’t ever be back.

We moved & we’re in need of a new dentist close to home. I was used to a one dentist private practice office setting so i wasn’t sure what to expect. What a surprise. Office was new, equipment & technology used was up to date. All personnel from the front desk, dental hygienist, c-ray tech & Dentist were outstanding, professional & impressive. We found a new dentist for our 6mo cleanings & checkups & couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely unprofessional, unsanitary, incompetent, DO NOT GO HERE. They make your first visit look presentable, complete downhill from there. Every appointment came with at least an hour long wait past the appointment time. Staff was never aware on what we were there for. Came in for a major procedure, none of the staff were prepared and immediately tried to reschedule us. We waited, and then watched the staff place the instruments and supplies for the procedure on COMPUTER PAPER, NO GLOVES ON. Like sure, these tools and instruments are then supposed to go into my mouth?
Miss led on other procedures claiming to be priced at different rates, charged a higher rate months later. All medical records constantly changed and had inaccurate information listed. Our records had false procedures and appointments added. When questioned, no one in the office knew what they were doing or could answer questions when confronted about the false information. Called and visited 4 times in person to pay a balance, office staff didn't know how to do their job and take the payment. MULTIPLE attempts to pay and was hung up on because their staff is clearly stupid.

0/10 I DO NOT recommend.
I initially went to BLVD Dentist in the Heights for a failed root canal. I had implant surgery December 2021 and the surgeon was compassionate and sincere. Fast forward October 2022, I went back to get my implant installed. The staff for the most part is friendly. But of course like any other facility you have a few bad apples, Dr. Karadi I would not recommend. She’s rough, insensitive , and very dismissive. Her bedside manners are not appropriate for the schooling she partook. I’m in the medical field and patients should NOT be treated or handled like a vehicle. Before you seek care do your research and spend your time and energy where you are treated like a human.

The Doctors and staff are always amazing and helpful but this time was my first time having Larry as my hygienist. I don’t think my teeth have ever felt and looked this clean! This type of service and attention makes visiting the dentist enjoyable!

Wow I can’t emphasize how much I love coming to BLVD Dentistry! Everyone here is amazing and professional with the highest level of intent by providing “You” the best healthcare.

Hands down the best dental practice in Houston. Dr. Andrew Moore and his team at BLVD are amazing and l highly recommend you make an appointment!
