Megan Ali the dental hygienists is amazing!! I'm not a big fan of the dentist offices and she made it such an enjoyable experience. She explained everything step by step and was gental and took time to check on me throught everything. She's funny and knowledgeable! I would absolutely recommend anyone I know to her!!!

Always a pleasure having these folks provide care. Office staff is professional, friendly, and communicative. Dr Nguyen is super transparent and a “thinker”. The hygienist staff is super, and leave my choppers feeling silky smooth!

I had an AMAZING experience here! My initial examination with Dr. Nguyen really prepared me for everything I could expect with my tooth extraction. The entire staff was so helpful and professional! Today I had my actual extraction; it could not have gone better. Jourdan and everyone at the front desk made checking in very pleasant and set the tone for a positive visit. Dr. Chakaki was absolutely wonderful during my procedure; she made me feel so comfortable and talked me through any concerns I had while she was working. I have never had such a great experience at a dental office and I am so grateful to the entire team.

Dr. Nguyen and his team are the best! The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming, especially Jourdan, she is so attentive and friendly. Dr. Nguyen is one of the best dentist I have had. always takes the time to answer all my questions and makes sure I understand the treatment, he is very patient and kind. Definitely the most caring dentist out there. His assistant Hannah was very professional and friendly, and made my visit very smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen!

Had a good experience here with a great dental hygienist, Megan, who did an amazing job. With her expert handiwork, I experienced no real pain or discomfort during a cleaning. She even cared enough to take the time to tell me the steps of her cleaning process and what she was seeing on my teeth as she cleaned. This morning I stopped by, to correct an error... My husband, who doesn't exactly enjoy the dentist, was told recently that he had no coverage.. this was confusing because our daughters were just seeing in july. Ms. Elaine, at the front desk, took the time to help me disseminate this mystery. It was figured that we did have coverage, and the insurance number was under our daughter's account, which made it easy to fix! Thank you for taking the time Miss Elaine especially for a walk-in inquiry.. you're the best!

*Update: per the office's reply to this review I called them and was told the office manager was not available and would call me back. It has now been one week and I have not received a return call.
So annoyed! I had an appointment for months at 5pm. Suddenly they change their hours and are closed at 5pm, yet no one ever told me they moved my appointment up to 4pm. I was halfway there and left work for the appointment when I got a feeling I should call to turbo confirm.
They need to understand people build time into our busy lives for appointments like this. Very frustrating.
Giving them 2 stars because the one time I went months ago it was a decent experience.
