Floss Dental of Houston Midtown

Thank you to everyone at floss who made my first trip to the dentist in a long time a positive experience. The receptionist Chloe was very helpful and knowledgeable as was the whole staff. Time was taken by each person to explain and listen and genuine caring was expressed. The office was very clean and efficient and state of the art. The office manager Abbey was superb and a great help in navigating the dental plan and insurance options. I am confident I am in safe caring hands. Thank you to all.

I am so overwhelmed with the care and treatment I received here at Floss Dental. It started off with just a phone call to see if they excepted my Dental insurance, and Abby the office Manager answered every concern and questions that I asked. THEY WERE CLOSED, and still took me in last minute to help me get this stubborn wisdom tooth out that seemed to have also got infected and the whole tooth wouldn’t come out. THEY OPENED an hour early to get the second part of my tooth out just so I could make into work on time for 8am(I was in so much pain I had to leave work instantly). Dr. Dang, Dr. Tran, Abby, and Emily were so supportive and held my hand, and talked to me during the whole process to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Lastly, I haven’t been to the Dentist in a couple of years, and they made me feel really good about myself even though I haven’t been getting my yearly dental cleanings! Now I have new friends, and a Dentist to go to that will keep and get me right back on track! Thank you again to FLOSS DENTAL. I highly highly recommend this place!!
P.S. Abby is the gem that stuck out to me! She’s my special friend now, she’s been on it with my medication and her sweet genuine spirit really got me through this trying time! Thanks Again Abby:)

I recently moved and was looking for a new dentist. Everyone here was so nice and welcoming! From the front desk, billing, to dentist and assistants. Dr. Dang was very informative and explained each step. Abby from billing was so nice and made sure each detail was understood so we were on the same page. Tisha, Lani, and Marissa were so helpful and patient. Love this place!

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! So welcoming right when you enter the door . Addressed my concerns right away. The team is very detailed oriented which I love! They want you to be completely happy and satisfied with the service you’re getting. Most definitely recommend FLOSS to family and friends!

I went in today for a dental cleaning. The experience was pain free. Floss is one of the few dental clinics with the newest technology to clean your teeth with Air Flow … I’m very happy with the results. My teeth sparkle after the cleaning and the whole process was pain free. I highly recommend floss!!! Great work !!! The best !!

Don’t trust this dentist!!! I have 4 broken upper dentures and even more broken bottom all on 4 implant dentures. He has lied several times (I have on text conversations) I have been a client for just over 2 years. I have spent thousands of dollars. He got his money up front so I couldn’t afford to find another dentist. It was 2 years of pain, embarrassment and frustration. He doesn’t stand behind his work. The staff is constantly changing in the Magnolia office. Blamed me for everything. I am living with broken dentures that were less than a week old that he refuses to fix as promised. Won’t even answer my calls.

This was suppose to be a “$100 teeth cleaning.” Cool office but they up charge everything. My insurance annual cleaning didn’t even cover the bill as it does at MOST other offices. & as I see other bad reviews they are on the same topic of RIDICULOUS bills. I wont return. My advice for a new patient would be, go over costs in THROUGH DETAIL before you submit to anything even if you have insurance.

Fantastic dental office. The front desk staff are friendly and knowledgable. They have worked with me multiple times to accommodate my busy schedule. The hygienists and dentists alike are also wonderful. They are efficient, kind, and knowledgable. Overall, a great experience every time!

I've been going to Floss dental offices ever since I arrived in Houston and will continue to do so. This location is just as great as the ones in Sugar Land and Magnolia. All of the staff (including the receptionists, assistant, hygienist and dentist) were friendly, helpful and easy to work with.

I could honestly go on and on about my experience. The location was easy to find and there was free parking. I was greeted right away by the friendly, courteous staff. The dentist was amazing! He took time to go over the x-rays with me and gave me several options to correct my issues. He listened to my concerns which made me feel like I was more than just a number. I would DE-FI-NATE-LY recommend friends, family, and whoever else who needed a dentist. This is the place to go. Hands down
