Went for a dental cleaning and it was TOP CLASS! It was the best dental cleaning I’ve had. Wonderful experience and excellent professional service from the moment I walked in until I finished. I wish I would’ve came here earlier than wasting my time in other franchise dental facilities. They carter to the patient and their needs individually unlike the franchise dental places that only care about the numbers. Due to traffic on Buffalo speedway, I called and let them know about the construction just in case I got there late and they said not to worry because they had knowledge of the traffic which was nice of them. The only franchise dental place had no mercy, which shows that they only care about the number of ppl they take in. Luxadent has great offers, options and price packages. The staff was great and friendly. I strongly recommend them.

They need to improve the explanation of the quote before they start with the work, was so expensive only for a deep cleaning and they told me to do other process when they started because if not won’t be completed so at the end I don’t have the option and I had to accept to continue otherwise the first part of the job it won’t be successfully completed. They indicated a specific antibiotic filling that wasn’t covered for my insurance and supposedly there wasn’t other option. First time that we paid too much only for a deep cleaning even using our dental insurance. Please make sure they explain good the quote before you accept they start working. Thank you

The staff is great! They made me feel very comfortable and answered any question or concern i had. The doctor was very fun and made the visit pleasant. Lastly, the goodie bag that i left with was truly thoughtful. Thank you all so much. I’m very happy with my results. I will recommend you to all my friends and family.

I have gone to Luxadent for years; ever
since Dr. Tomei bought out my previous dentist’s practice. The staff is so friendly and empathetic. You can tell they like each other and love and respect their boss, Dr. Ricardo Tomei. Dr. Tomei cleans my teeth and takes care of any of my dental needs with compassion and professionalism. He is such a nice guy and is an excellent dentist! Over the years, he has filled a cavity, capped a tooth, made a mouth guard, and recently discovered a problem in a front tooth. He referred me to another doctor to do the implant I need. He wouldn’t attempt a procedure on a bottom tooth he didn’t feel he could expertly perform. I totally respect him for this. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants you to have the best outcome you can. I highly recommend Dr. Tomei and his staff.

Best dentist in town! The place is super clean, the attention is amazing, they would do anything to make you feel comfortable. They will also explain everything you need to know regarding your teeth and/or treatment. If you don’t have insurance, don’t worry, they’ll help you out on that part also.(Just give them a call and ask for more information about it). Dr, Ricardo Tomei is a very professional, caring and talkative person. I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for an honest and professional dentist in the city of Houston. By the way, Dr. Tomei is able to speak multiple languages: Spanish, Italian, English and Portuguese. ***They follow the CDC’s regulations regarding COVID-19 Pandemic, such as, disinfecting areas and instruments and wearing face masks and face shields***

I was recommended Luxadent by a colleague and I am so glad I took that recommendation. I was treated with kindness from the moment I called to make my appointment to the moment that I left. I don’t know if my teeth have ever felt cleaner! Dr. Tomei is incredibly knowledgeable (licensed to practice in Venezuela, Puerto Rico, and USA), has 15+ years of experience, has phenomenally kind bedside manner, and great explanations. He immediately made me feel comfortable as if I were in a friend’s home instead of an office. Very hospitable staff, great dental assistants, easy straight-forward paperwork process, and cozy atmosphere. The entire place is clean, well taken care of, in a great location, easy to find, and has great resources - they even have Netflix you can watch while having your teeth cleaned if you so choose! I was particularly happy that my fillings could be done the same day as my cleaning and check-up, which was very nice and saved me time. I was very impressed after my appointment. I will gladly recommend Luxadent highly and will be making Dr. Tomei my dentist here in Houston. So glad that I found them!

Not your typical, ordinary dentist visit. Everything was perfect! From friendly scheduler, very welcoming front desk staff, to everyone working in this office. Everyone greeted me and welcomed me with a friendly facial / eye expression (wearing masks). Everything was explained to my understanding and kept inform to everything they were doing. Excited to start a long term care for all my dental needs. Already referred my family members. You guys rock! Thank you for a great experience Dr. Tomei!

A few months back I had two old fillings replaced by Dr. Tomei. Unfortunately one of the filings was too high and my bite didn't feel right. He reduced the filling (at no additional cost) and the bite felt fine but when I would chew with the molar it would result in pain. I went back to Dr. Tomei. He was perplexed. He ran several tests, xrays as well as consulted another professional. After over an hour he concluded the problem and course of action. He complete his work and the pain was resolved. He charged no additional fees for the 2 additional visits and care. He is a person of integrity and I can see in his staff and him they want to do right by the client. Thank you Dr. Tomei!! They even gave me a cup of coffee (huge fan) on the way out!

Dr. Tomei is the absolute best! His staff is not only professional but very friendly, they make sure you are comfortable and always happy to answer any questions that you may have. Many people are afraid of dentists because of the pain. At Luxadent you don’t have to worry about that. My experiences have always been pain free. I recommend Luxadent 150% to all.
