Cleaning was very well done and for the first time ever at a dental practice they got the job done without either of us feeling like our mouths had been destroyed in the process, great job Katelyn!

I recently went to Northwest General Dentistry to have prep work on my teeth before radiation treatments for cancer. My technician was Cindy. She did all the needed prep work in a timely fashion. She was friendly, professional, and showed true concern over her work and my needs. My visit was a pleasure as it has been for over 13 years. The employees are all topnotch.

My family and I have been a patient at Northwestern General Dentistry for 18 to 19 years. The owner, Dr Vail, is personable an always willing to answer questions. The office is warm and friendly and the staff, especially Kristi and Gloria, is excellent.
The office hours are convenient and if there are scheduling conflicts they are always willing to reschedule if an unexpected emergency arrizes!
If you do not have dentist that you just can not bare to leave I highly recommend giving Northwest Dentistry a try!
