To say I'm a scaredy cat patient is an understatement. But, from the front office, to the hygienists, to the dentist herself, they always put my mind at ease and calm me. Dr. Yepez and Dr. Rome are amazing and very caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Rome has been my dentist since she started working with Dr. Piazza. I can still remember the day Ms. Kay asked if I would be ok for her to take my appointment and we've been with her ever since. She and her team are very much like family and do their best to make everyone feel comfortable. Most people dread going to the dentist, but with this team, it's fun and I look forward to it. Thanks to Dr. Rome for building such a special environment and one that really does feel like family!!!

Not too many people look forward to going to the dentist but it is always a pleasant experience for me going to the Dentists at North Cypress. I look forward to it. While work is being done on my teeth, I like to watch the thunderstorms on the TV screen. Not too sure why, but they kind of take one up into the clouds. Have been to many dentists throughout my life but North Cypress is the best.

Had a pleasant time at this dentist office yesterday. I had x-rays and a cleaning. The hygienist, Lori, was the best I've ever used. She was very pleasant and careful. I got to watch Netflix as she worked, and not once did I feel any pain. Luckily I got a good review and won't need any other work done. I will definitely go back there the next time I need a checkup/cleaning.
UPDATE: Received a surprise bill for almost $200 that my insurance didn't cover after I asked the dental staff if I would have any out of pocket costs. They told me that my insurance would cover the cleaning and exam. I can no longer recommend.

I've been seeing Dr. Rome now for about 3 years. While my teeth are terrible (I drink a lot of soda, eat a lot of sugar, and am not consistent with flossing), I do love coming here. I don't even sign in, they should know my be name at the front. Everyone in the staff is so pleasant. They also remember their patients. I've been engaged for about a year now, and every time I come in, they ask me how it's going and more about the wedding details. How can you not love them? :)
