The staff here are so rude. Dr.Olim was the worst. She made a filling in the wrong area and now the left side of my mouth is burning in pain. On top of that, she did not disclose of any additional procedures that were to be done. When I checked my bill, I was shocked to find stuff that I never requested to be done. Please, save yourselves a headache and avoid the office like the plague.

Received my temporary crown today. They had the room all ready and waiting for me with my favorite Netflix show tuned in and waiting for my arrival. My dentist is Dr Eileen Kwee. She is pretty amazing. In fact the entire staff is amazing. They are courtious, polite, very professional, but love good jokes, everybody gets along which makes the visit, not only convenient, but very relaxing. Thank all of you there with Dentists at North Cypress. I will see you in a few week for my permanent crown.

While this was my first visit. From the time I called and spoke to Jill and set the appt. until the time I got there and met Jill, she called me by name, everything was fantastic. Then after meeting Becky and Dr. Yepez it only got better. Also the young lady who takes the money was pleasant and accommodating. Today's businesses could use this team as a role model on how to keep a client from beginning in hopes to never end. I don't write too many reviews but this was an exceptional visit.
