I thought finally I found a dentist & dental office who will be my & family go to facility. Even though they had some hiccups during the treatment, I was okay. They charged me out of network rates as i had some issues with insurance. When I received my bill, after issues with insurance fixed, it still had higher charges. I called to understand the overcharge and they said they did favor to me by taking half the payment upfront & can charge the amount more than typical charges in Cypress area. Avoid the place if you can.

The office staff is extremely nice and professional. Ginger Rome is an excellent dentist with such a great personality. She is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had.

Each time I visit this office everyone is really great....very friendly.
I've never had to wait long at all, and the office/waiting area is very comfortable...with a Tuscan style decor, which I love.
Haven't had any real dental work done yet, but am scheduled to do so soon.
Hope it will continue to be a 5-star experience....

Have been going here for about 2 years, every visit has been supremely thorough and precise, everybody is friendly from the receptionist to the dentists themselves. Dr. Rome always has a smile on her face and carries herself professionally. They use the latest technologies and validate parking in the garage as well. I had to wait a couple times past my scheduled time but it was never by any ridiculous amount. Great service, I would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist

I cannot say too many positive things about my first visit and examination by
Dr. Piazza. It was, without a doubt, the most thorough dental examination that I have ever received. Dr. Piazza displayed on a screen that I could see, virtually every tooth in my mouth and described any problem as though he was giving a lecture to a group of dental students. Example, "on this tooth you can see where the upper tooth is contacting it and causing it to move....we will fix that".
I have never had such a thorough examination and very clear and complete description of any problems.
The friendly and helpful attitude of all of his staff was also noteworthy. They must learn it from Dr. Piazza himself. Every staff member greets you by name and with a friendly and helpful smile and attitude.
I, without hesitation, highly recommend Dr. Piazza, and, with my recommendation to her, my wife has a first time appointment with him next week. She is a demanding RN, (RN's are the most demanding patients, ask any Doctor) and I know that she will not be disappointed.

Sally provided her usual excellent care in cleaning my teeth.
I received a slight reprimand for not wearing my night guard but did receive an A+ for flossing!
I am also a Dental Hygienist and am very picky about good care.
Dr. Piazza and staff truly care about their patients and have the knowledge to treat each individuals needs.
