Always fantastic friendly service, the second you step in the door! Everyone is super nice and professional. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. It is not like going to any other dentist I have ever visited. Lori, my hygienist is one of my favorite people and Dr. Rome is just the best Dentist ever!!! I used to hate dental visits, until I found them!!!
I have had multiple visits over several years and they are consistently great! From the front desk welcoming you and setting up your next appointment to Hygienist, Dentists, and other support staff! I actually look forward to going for my cleanings and seeing everyone, as they really make you feel welcome and comfortable! I used to hate going to the Dentist, but not now! These guys are fantastic!!!

Must admit not my favorite place but they make it as comfortable as possible. Very professional, caring and supportive. Claire(hygienist) hope I spelled it correctly was and always has been superb. Truly enjoy talking to and getting to know her. Very professional and caring. Was just back for my routine cleaning and all is the same if not better.

I have been going to the dentists at north cypress since I was a toddler and I have never been disappointed! All of the hygienists and staff are beyond friendly, they make you feel like family. Dr. Rome is always a pleasure to see. She is extremely thorough and passionate about her job! Even on busy days, you leave feeling like you were their only patient and got the best care possible! Dr. Olim is a great asset to Dr. Piazza's office! I chose Dr. Olim because the introduction letter that I received about her joining their team explained that along with having dentistry skills she had skills in cosmetic dentistry. I was very impressed from the minute she came in and introduced herself! She fully explained everything, talked to me about a plan of action and proceeded with a cleaning. A week later I went in for a cavity and some cosmetic work, she did both at the same time, explained what she was doing as she went, she had great confidence which made me feel comfortable in what I was getting done, it ended up being an awesome experience!! I love my new smile and truly appreciate her talent & skills!! Becky, Dr. Olim's Assistant was awesome! She explains everything and her and Dr. Olim work great together!!
