Today I had to go unexpectedly to Dr. Pham for a broken tooth. If I could give her 1000 stars I would do just that. From her front office team to her first class bedside manner she is a true caring doctor. She takes time to patiently explain all options and gives you an opportunity to decide what is best. I trust her professional experience and rely heavily on that for my decisions. Being in the area for only a few years you want to feel that you can trust your doctor and there is no doubt that I trust her. I will certainly recommend her to my friends and neighbors if they every need someone.

My tooth chipped at 3:am in the morning. I called Dr. Pham. Dr. Pham reached out to me on her personal phone and gave me an appointment on the spot.
I walked out the dentist office feeling proud and confident. She’s a life saver and this is the weekend too.
I don’t normally do reviews but this I had to share.
Since the pandemic I have been with Dr. Pham she is the BOMB. She’s always professional, friendly and kind. The best part of her professionalism I like that she tell you exactly what you need to get done. It’s up to you to receive it.
For example she said “I can fix it but no guarantees how long it will last, it can be months or years. She suggested I think about getting a crown for permanent solution. However I did not have to make that decision today.”
She’s is looking at long term and saving me money in the future. I RECEIVE THAT.
She could have simply repaired my tooth and don’t mention permanent solutions. With that information up front it gave me options.
She could have simply fixed my tooth and perhaps 6 to 8 months or even a year I’m back with the same problem over and over.

My family and I have been coming here for years. I actually live in Richmond and still make the drive for our dental needs to be serviced by her. By far the most gentle and knowledgeable dentist ever. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Service is excellent! I would recommend to anyone. I would not see another dentist besides her. My daughter is 17 months old and I take her for her visits with her. She’s very stubborn so far she’s had two visits. The staff is very good and gentle with her so she actually took her visits pretty well. Very good dental service for a family especially for baby’s!
