What a DELIGHTFUL staff welcomes you! This was my initial visit and I am impressed!! .Jean was as nice in person, as on the phone, Dr. Parekh took time to explain every step with me, as I have never had a tooth extracted. I was terrified coming in the office and now excited to have the procedure, well excited to be done, but not scared. Dr. Parekh's assistant is marvelous, I was nervous and have forgotten her name.. She did her work with great care and a warm attitude. I've NEVER given a Dentist a recommendation until today.

These guys are amazing!!!

I was looking for a new dentist that worked well with children with special needs and high anxiety at the dentist. We had already had a horrible experiences the week before trying to get my sons tooth fixed. These guys handled the situation like a pro. They knew how to talk to him, how to calm him down and they were able to fix my sons tooth without laughing gas as we have had to do in the past due to his anxiety & ADHD. These are one of the best family dentist in the area!!!

My experience was amazing. I’m terrified of going to the dentist but I went in for a chip tooth. Dr. Parekh and his assistant made me feel so welcome. They made everything so easy and affordable. I really recommend everyone to come here. I already have another appointment 😀.

I was going to rate it at 2 out of 5 but after looking into the operation more, it is what it is. My experience was bad, so bad I went to another provider. I should have posted this months ago and I apologize to my neighbors for not doing such.

When the lady at the desk takes the liberty of engaging in medical procedures because she wants to learn and help out, this is encouraging, admirable, but unlawful.

When the dentist tells you she wants to extract a tooth different from the tooth indicated, might want to consider a second opinion from another said provider after the brief moment of confusion.

When said dentist is conducting herself as the actual dentist but is not the actual licensed practitioner at the office, you [I] are fooled for being naive, for assuming people are doing the right thing after being verified by agencies tasked and paid to ensure people are qualified and allowed to do what they are doing.

When the license for the actual practitioner, who was never on sight, is less than five years old, and NO2, anesthesia permits are even shorter in age after having proved a medical education from a "hospital" rated at 2.9 out of 5 and not an educational institution, out of state...

When the number for practitioner is also listed for a corporate medical entity in Massachusetts, suggesting he is practicing in both locations simultaneously, and that entity has another number connected to another medical operation.......you can see why there are apparently 3 versions of the same individual in their own photos provided.

Oh, by the way, the license affiliated in the other state was issued two years prior to some other key date and indicates no education qualifications which is the key date referenced.

But this is the only 1 star review compared to the other 280 totally legitimate 5 star reviews on googles...... Don't let me stand in the way of this wickedness.

More lies, scandals and deception!

I am not in the habit of posting reviews for some place on an alternate profile, nor do I intentionally or willfully misguide anyone. And I'm not an Anti-Dentite either!

The other reviewers, with only a couple of reviews, post reviews for places in random locations. In the brief, "limited" moment I analyzed the other reviews, I found some common links. All I will say is, think phantom mail-in ballots.

I can go through the trouble of finding the office number in my call log, I could snap a picture of paperwork, but I am just about over it.

Someone else I know had a bad experience here. I am confident she was not speaking about "the wrong" Highlight Family Dentistry.

I do appreciate you asking me to remove the review [request denied] and I see the "sorry" with my bad experience. It happens. No office is perfect.

Patients: Do not let this review guide you one way or the other. I kindly advise you think for yourself. If you see any place with 5 out of 5, skepticism is healthy. I adamantly suggest you "Question everything" anyway.

A dental office might advertise "Our prime focus is the patient, patient comfort and their general health care," but in reality, your comfort and "general" health [and dental] care ought be in your control.

I say all this because I care, not just about "their" patients, but YOU especially.

This was by far one of the most thorough and pleasant visits I’ve had at the dentist. I’m very glad to be a new client under such great dental care! Everyone was extremely nice and genuine.

Highlight Family Dentistry is just that, a family. From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcomed into a family owned practice. Jean is kind, warm, and will help you understand what is covered by your insurance provider with ease. Brenna is upbeat, friendly, and always close by to assist.

Before attending Highlight Family Dentistry, I went to the same dental practice my entire life. Needless to say I was nervous visiting a new dentist. After meeting Dr. P. Parekh I have no reservations about chosing him as my dentist. Dr. Parekh explains every part of the dental procedure in an easy to understand way, uses state of the art technology to improve his practice and patient quality of life, and is at his core a conversational and nice guy. You'd be hard pressed to find a better dentist!

Oh, and there are TVs on the CEILING! Does your dentist do that?!

As a Patient at highlight family dentistry, I am highly recommending this wonderful dental office! Dr. Parekh and Dr. Prashant are really awesome, and share a lot of knowledge with you! Got my two wisdom teeth extracted, it was fast and painless!

Dr. P. Parekh and his staff are amazing. Went in for a new patient consultation and cleaning and it was by far the best experience I’ve had in years! I would highly recommend this office.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. I came in with a lot of work that needed to be done - including some emergency dental surgery. Dr. Parekh and his team do a superb job. I also had an extraction, which I was the most nervous about, but I did not feel a thing. I fell asleep in the chair a few times because it was actually very relaxing. If you have not been to the dentist in a while, I would start here.

I am so very glad that I was referred to Highlight Dentistry. They have an exceptional staff and dentist. They actually really care about your concern and pain and they go beyond the call of duty to meet all your needs. I highly recommend them..
