Dr Naik was fantastic and so was the hygienist and I had an wonderful experience during my visit and a proper treatment plan was laid out by the doctor.
Now, I have to go to India and wanted the copies of the X-ray reports that were done in case I have a dental issue during my holidays and need a quick reference of the dental reports.The front office is not giving me the reports and asking me for a fee of 75$ for the X-rays and imaging that my insurance has already paid for on my behalf.
The front office was super arrogant and even claimed I did not pay for it whereas the entire fees came from my dental insurance which I pay premiums for .
The arrogance of the office administrator was outrageous and simply she is painting a dark spot on the beautiful medical environment that has been created by the Dr Naik and his wonderful medical team .
I was really excited about finding a great doctor and looking forward to going ahead with the treatment plan. It is super disappointing that office administrator has ruined the experience as she has disgraced the nobility of medical ethics and the institution by trying to make an extra 75$. Disgraceful and Petty Business tricks shrouds the great
practise that DrNaik I am sure has worked decades to build.
I hope DrNaik reads this message and reaches out as I still feel that I want to go ahead with the treatment plan under his medical supervision.

Dr. Naik is highly skilled and very precised. He has a great personality and a very distinguish unique way about his work ethic. He cares about his patients more than any other dentist I have met! Also, Dr. Naik always assures his patients feel comfortable and satified.
Dr. Naik and his team are always available to answer questions and/or concerns including after hours and weekends. Not many dentists offer this type of service. I had emergency situations in the past and some when I was traveling. Dr. Naik and his team were a phone call away...... ! Simply said, Dr. Naik is THE BEST DENTIST IN THE DFW AREA.
I have been his patient for over 10 years and I will not go any where else because I know I will not find a highly qualify dentist like Dr. Naik.
Prior to meeting Dr. Naik, I had bad experiences with dentists in the DFW area. Those bad experiences caused fear and I was unable to step foot into a dentist office. I am very fortunate to know Dr. Naik because he gave me back my smile and confidence!!!
