2020 was the longest year. Anxiety was thru the roof. Everyone was afraid of going to the dentist. During this tough year Dental concepts was amazing. They took every precaution possible for the patient safety. I went twice to the dentist in 2020. The customer service was superb. The patient care and follow up were excellent. My comfort level is so high that I am not changing my Dentist for ever.

Dr. Patel Nisha and their assistants are always amazing in every way. They always take great care of me.
Would definitely recommend them in the future and especially if you are nervous about the dentist. Because of them, my teeth are actually better and I take better care of my teeth.

I have been going to Dr. Patel for over 8 years! Even after moving to Crowley, Tx with my new family we make a 45 min commute just to be under his care. Dr. Patel is personal and his staff makes you feel like family, especially his wife Nisha. He stays abreast on the latest technology and does what's best for treating his patients and not just his pockets. They also offer flexible payment plans to accommodate their patients which definitely helps out when you have little ones that never seem to have perfect teeth at checkup time. Overall great private practice!

My son and I have been coming to Dental Concept for a few years. The staff is amazing. Everyone is always kind and accomodating. Dr. Patel is AMAZING!! My son had a bad experience at one of those kid only dentist office. But he enjoys coming to the dentist. Thank you to everyone for making the dentist a great experience!!

Today I had my invisalign put in and I must say that i was very nervous and unsure of what was goin to happen but Rosie made me feel so comfortable and she did an amazing job. I'm grateful to be a patient here and feel very comfortable with them working on my teeth.

Great experience. I have not been to the dentist in longer than I'd like to admit. Given how anxious I was, the entire staff went out of there way to make sure I had a good experience. I recently had to have all four wisdom teeth extracted. First let me say that I do not like doctors. I also don't like shots. My experience however was fantastic at dental concepts. First they use this vibration device that makes the shots painless. I requested it for my wisdom teeth and Dr. Patel was happy to accommodate. Then came the extraction. It was totally painless. Dr. Hamidi did a great job and set my expectations through out the experience. I was awake the whole time. It's never fun getting teeth pulled, but dental concepts made it easy. They have a great team. If I had to do it again, I'd go with them.
