Amazing doctor and staff!! I came in needing a lot of work after years and years of neglect. From the moment I walked in and was nervous, they treated me so well and put my mind at ease. Every single person here is so wonderful. They make a great team and work together to get things done. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Patel and his office. Paula, Carrie, Nisha and Rosie are the best! Everyone is super knowledgeable and explains in depth everything they are doing and the reasoning behind it. I got everything I needed done and am FINALLY able to smile again. They gave me amazing teeth and confidence. Thank you all sooo much!! I will be coming here and following up on my dental care from now on.

From Nisha at the reception who is always so fun and friendly to the dental assistant (Paula is my absolute bestie) and Dr Patel who’s extremely detailed in his care. I’ve been going to Dental Concepts in Las Colinas since April of 2019 for my regular dental care and braces and absolutely love the staff. They are always so friendly and up beat, that even if I’m having a tough day I leave their office with their contagious happy energy... Dr. Patel is also great and very knowledgeable in his craft. He is also very empathetic and I like how he always makes sure that I understand what my next steps are for my braces process. Finally, I can’t leave out Paula ... she is a wiz at helping Dr. Patel ... totally love her caring personality... needless to say the whole staff is great ... I totally recommend this dental practice ... I believe you will be pleased

Update: Been to this place for two years now, and every single staff is just as professional as when I first came. They will cater to all your needs and more, paying very close attention to detail. Brandi is a new staff and she has usurped Katie in the cool list. She did not ask me to write that.
All the staff here are well-trained and professional. There is minimal wait time, and everyone is friendly and helpful. Dental work was fast and painless, and the staff do their best to help you relax. Quick service, and I'm leaving the place smiling everytime! Ask for Katie because she is a cool hygienist.
