I've had an amazing experience here. This team, and I say team because everyone at dental concepts cares about amazing customer service. starting with making sure i'm comfortable, informed, happy. This has been my favorite part of visiting this office. it's an amazing feeling that I wish everyone could experience. Dentists have this stigma of being a place of pain and comfort etc, but Dental concepts has done an AMAZING job at making an awesome environment to be in.
which leads me to the office. The space looks nice. i like the colors, the chairs, the arrangement of the working areas. The bathrooms have toothbrushes and toothpaste :)
I want to also highlight their great communication. Before going through the process i was given ample information on what was happening, and all the information I needed. In addition to this, any time you set an appointment you get reminders via text etc which is awesome in case you forget
Anyways, I can't wait to take my braces off and get my teeth whitened.
I give them 5 stars for going above and beyond. Thank you for everything

I really love Dr. Patel and his staff. I've been going there for about a year now and have no complaints. Going to the dentist has always made me nervous, so finding a group that I'm comfortable with really puts me at ease. The first time I went in, the woman that did my xrays and new patient cleaning really explained to be how to floss and showed me how my teeth needed to be cared for. I haven't seen that person there since, but it was greatly appreciated. I had, sadly, never been shown how to properly floss my teeth :(
I feel like most dentist offices are a little excessive with scheduling/reminding. It used to bug me, but with the craziness of daily life I appreciate being reminded. They've also called to confirm and been able to bump me to an earlier appointment.
I've recommended them to a few coworkers and my husband also goes here.

Dr. Patel and his awesome staff (shoutout Carrie / Paula) are very friendly and caring. Everything is explained thoroughly and follow-ups from Dr. Patel and their front office are comforting. The environment is great and I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for a reliable dentist!
