I made my first visit to Dental Concepts & Orthodontics office on 4/29/21 with high anxiety 😬and extreme 😟nervousness....
After all, allot of us have had those experiences with dentist offices where we felt like we are not heard🙉 or listened to,🙊 worse yet, on my brothers last dentist visit, the dentist totally ignored his anxiety and pain and continued to proceed causing more trauma to someone who had severe trauma in the service.🤥

After having researched dentists around the d/fw area I found dental concepts and I am very satisfied with the service as well as the price. Dr Patel is very professional and very nice too. The staff at dental concepts were nice and knowledgeable too. My husband and I just left Dental Concepts very happy campers!. The staff is so friendly but more importantly very knowledgeable. We were just not seen but educated on our dental health. Dr. Patel was excellent in explaining what necessary dental work was needed, while also telling us what was not needed. The dental hygienist, Tiffany, was the best!!! She was informative, caring and gentle. Lastly, Nisha, the office manager, made our total experience so pleasant. Whoever thought I would look forward to going to the dentist!
