Everyone, and I mean every single one of the wonderful people who work here truly care for their patients. Paola, Katie, Nisha, and Dr. Patel are always upbeat and ready to serve and their passion for their profession always show in their work and you can always count and trust their professional evaluations and opinions.
Not only are these people wonderful but their building is also very clean and professional, from the free coffee and water in the lobby, to the beautiful decor, and to the carefully arranged toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash in the bathroom and state of the art technology will leave you wanting to come back here and be eager for your next visit!

I’ve been going to Dental Concepts for about 5 years now and I couldn’t be happier with the dental team there. Dr. Patel is extremely warm and very personable. He and his team truly care about their patients. He along with all of his staff make even the most scary dental treatments tolerable. I’ve recently just gotten Lumineers and they are beautiful! If you want a dentist who does an amazing job and makes going to the dentist less scary you definitely will want to come here and try them out.

Dental Concepts provides exceptional customers service and treatment. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental visits. Another excellent experience at Dental Concepts. I love my dentist and his team! Paula spoils me and always makes me laugh. She ensures I have an awesome visit every time. She and Dr. Patel work perfect together as do the rest of the team nut those two in particular are just an awesome duo.

His work is excellent! I had a last minute addition to my appointment and he made it work and did a beautiful job! My chipped tooth was not only fixed immediately but was a perfect match, it was flawless! He's so thorough so I always know I'm in good hands. His bedside manner has always been impressive and he's just sincerely a really nice man. He's funny too so that's a plus!

Nisha made my insurance switch a smooth and seamless transaction and has always been extremely flexible with my ever changing schedule and payment plans for larger services or surgeries. I NEVER worry if I can afford what's needing to be done because she and I discuss it in detail prior to setting an appointment and I never feel pressured to do something I can't afford or simply don't want.

The simple suggestion of the electric toothbrush was a good example of a non-pushy product that ended up being such a blessing.

I actually really enjoy coming to the dentist. I'm typically in and out quickly but If it's a long appointment then I'm watching a movie with a little blanket and am as comfy there as I am at home. Each visit ends with a warm, lavender towel to freshen up with and I'm on my way!

Dr. Patel and his staff are very professional and very accommodating to my needs. I'm always overly anxious during dental procedures and never have I felt like I'm a bother to Dr. Patel or his team. Paola and Dr. Patel always take the time help me through my anxiousness. Needless to say I'm always satisfied and happy with my treatments. Great service and staff! Got all four of my wisdom teeth out on last Friday and it was one of the easiest appointments and experiences (surgery wise) I’ve ever had. I had hardly any pain and no complications. The hardest part, honestly, was not being able to eat enchiladas for the first few days. So if you’re thinking of getting those wisdom teeth out soon, I highly recommend getting them out at Dental Concepts. They’re friendly and will help you if you have any issues with your insurance or the payment in general. 5 out of 5 stars!

I highly recommend this dental office. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, knowledgable, caring, and passionate in what they do. They make you feel comfortable as a new patient and it’s clear they all love their jobs. Their new COVID-19 policies are thorough, yet easy to follow, thus you feel safe in their environment. Nisha is polite and professional. Rosie is efficient and courteous. Carrie is the BEST hygienist I have ever experienced. Dr. Patel is extremely detail oriented and was able to clearly communicate all aspects of the treatment and findings. It’s great to find a Dentist who has the mentality of actually caring for a patient.

When I visited Dentalconcepts 3 months ago, I had a different view about dentists in my mind ( based on friend’s bad experience of other dentists). After visiting a Dentalconcepts couple of times and getting excellent treatment and services by Dr. Patel and his staff, Dr Patel has taken away my fear of the dentist and totally changed my view now. I also can't say enough about how great, detail oriented, honest and dedicated he is, he had spent enough time to fill my cavities. Dr Patel and his staff really take care of his patients. I am glad that I made the right decision to see Dr Patel .My oral health is in good and capable hands now. The hygienist, Kim, does good work and provides me with a lot of helpful information. Great Doctor, great Hygienist and great Staff. I highly recommend Dr. Patel.

I had a wonderful experience! They were so friendly and gentle. Made it very easy and would definitely recommend! Both myself, my husband and my children feel safe and cared for by our favorite hygenist!!
