Dental Concepts works hard to provide god service and make you feel valued as a patient. However, for every visit I felt as if services were recommended that I have since found out were not needed and very much pressured to spend unnecessary money. Recently I received a bill for a no show when in fact I showed up to the appointment but we could not agree on the services for the day so I did not feel comfortable staying. I did pay the invoice but I caution anyone looking to become a patient you will spend unnecessary money and you will feel pressured to receive services you more than likely don't need

I always look forward to my cleanings. The staff is friendly and Dr. Patel really does care about the integrity of your teeth and gums and if pricier procedures are needed they always strive to find a cost efficient solution or work out a payment plan .

I absolutely love this dental clinic! The front staff, the manager, and Dr. Patel are all excellent. I always feel very welcomed. Every interaction from phone calls to in person have been really pleasant and easy going! They always answer any questions I have and are very forth coming about cost and such. A week ago I was at Dental Conceps and I found it to be an excellent place, very nice and clean, they comply with all biosafety measures, and received excellent treatment from all their staff, they are very good professionals, I recommend it to everyone, they also advise you and They correctly explain the entire procedure that they are going to perform and their costs are accessible and very reasonable ... they are always focused on providing excellent service to their patients. Excellent ! I was terrified of the dentist till I came here . I was the absolute worst type of dental patient in my past . I mean , passing out , running away , meltdowns , tears . I had convinced myself that I had a phobia 😩. Well I’ve changed . I’ve had a few procedures ( extraction , root canal , cleaning , fillings etc ) I lived , I napped during the root canal, I had no issues with the extraction . I’m still in shock I think because there is no way . I also figured out the fear I had was pain . I’m terrified of pain . And let’s face it dentistry is kinda violent ðŸ¤. But each time I have gone in I felt no pain . Zero . Nothing . Nada .
Dr. Patel told me that “we will work slow , at your pace and we will do whatever we can to keep you comfortable and no pain . “ I was a little skeptical at first and I was squeezing the death out of the “support tooth “ stress ball they gave me to help me chill out . I’m glad I went for it . I’m so so grateful . I’m happy . My mouth feels so clean and just Healthy . I love it .
The no pain sealed the deal for me . Also my vanity kicked in quickly. I will be smiling all the time for no reason . Just to show my teeth off .
Did I mention no pain ? Yeah .
Also the staff is Amazing . Everybody is sweet sweet ! Thank you Paula , Carrie , Rosie . Thank you all for your patience. I know I was too much .
Ok , y’all call them and harass Nisha and demand an appointment and tell her you want your mouth fixed at Once . Immediately ! I mean it!
