Great dental office! And I am not a fan of the dentist. This office is focused on education and prevention to keep your teeth healthy. Leyna is a great hygienist, teaching and cleaning and makes you laugh so you don’t even remember that you’re in the dentist chair.

Omg. Where do I start. I had a VERY bad experience at Jefferson’s Dental in Irving and I promised myself that I would NEVER go to a dentist ever again. I would just have to take lots of pain meds because I was so scared to go back. My step dad told me about Dental Concepts and he suggested that I make an appointment. Literally from the moment I spoke with them they were very kind and welcoming. They are truly a blessing. They were very patient and understanding and made sure I felt NO PAIN before they began working on my mouth. I am NO LONGER in pain! 🙌🏾 I can’t tell you how long it’s been since I was able to eat a full meal without stopping and grabbing at my mouth. I highly recommend them and if I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you guys! ❤️

Definitely love this place. Went in for an Invisalign consult, and all my questions were answered. Also, got my wisdom teeth out and the process has gone well. Everyone is very sweet, attentive, and extremely helpful.

Dr. Patel and his team were very welcoming and explained everything in detail before preceding with anything. The Dental Hygienist Carrie is amazing, the best pain free cleaning I’ve had.

I love the office staff at the office here and have from the very start. Feels like family when you come in as often as I do. Nisha is awesome and takes my calls and emails whenever I have a problem or a need. She gets things done! Dr. Patel is very nice and punctual. I never have to wait long for my services. They always offer me a blanket or the option to watch a movie when I'm there for a while. I also like that Nisha gives me different products to try so that I can give feedback about them being good or bad investments. The office is nice and clean as well. Tiffany is AWESOME!!! Best cleaning I e every had! They do great with easing anxiety. Myra is gone but I loved when she assisted with me. She put me at ease the most during procedures. She also never forgot to suction! The only reason I didn't give the fifth star is because of pain management. They always offer ibuprofen or Tylenol before treatments but I'm unable ibuprofen and I've said that before. Tylenol doesn't work for dental pain so I'm left in pain until it disappears at some point. Nisha does check on me to see if I'm okay though.
