Be prepared to stay a little long on your first visit but only because they are super thorough and have all of the latest technology to give you the most personalized care possible. I highly recommend anyone coming to Dental Concepts. They are super friendly and helpful in keeping my teeth super healthy. I started coming here a little over a year ago and my teeth feel and look so much better. Dr. Patel and Carrie have done an excellent job with helping me maintain my teeth clean and healthy. The office is always clean and they always make me feel safe especially with Covid. If you are looking for a new Dental office for your dental needs then you should give this place a chance. Staff is nice and dentist are nice until they get your money. I would not recommend getting crowns with this company. Although Dr. Patel did not perform the work on me he is responsible because he hired the dentist that did. I went in 3 different times for the same crown repair and it was done incorrectly all 3 times. All that money I paid and still not done right. Dr. Patel didn’t step to take over or anything. Leaving traumatized with unsatisfactory work. I’m told to sign a paper that they would fix it for free within the same year. But at that point who wants to continue getting shots in the back of their mouth? No one ever reached out to ask about my healing or experience. So no I definitely would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. And the office manager is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken with!
