For my wisdom teeth extraction, the staff dealt with my dental anxiety so well, and offered more than enough comfort during the process. I’ve been coming here on & off for years. Staff is pretty friendly. I hate that I feel forced to make a conversation with them. I felt this specially after businesses started opening after the covid shutdown. This was the only place I went when I was not at home, & I just wanted to go in there, get my teeth checked while I relaxed (by not having to talk). I felt (& overheard them once) judged by the staff, because of it, but if someone doesn’t feel like talking let them be.

Outstanding office crew n dr. Probably easiest and least invasive visit ever at dentist. I even had to have tooth pulled and easy as pie. Great place. Pricing without insurance was even great. Check them out you won’t regret it

I absolutely loved my experience at Dental Concepts! From the time I walked in to the time that I walked out, I was treated with the rarest gratitude from the entire staff! Kirsten the receptionist was amazingly sweet and inviting. Chelsea the hygienist is probably one of the coolest people I have ever encountered. She definitely made the experience go by smoothly, she did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth and had awesome conversation. Dr. Patel did an amazing job on filling a cavity I had. He was reassuring, gentle and full of knowledge. He answered all of my questions with ease. He also genuinely cared about my well-being! I will definitely be recommending friends and family to their location.

The place is very clean and the people are very friendly but the downside is that the people working are trying their hardest to sell you everything they possibly can. So that doesn’t feel good as a customer to have them breathing down your throat to sell you everything. Other than that I liked my visits. The dentist showed me some very important information to keep my gums as clean as possible so I’m thankful for that. Definitely gonna follow through on that.

The staff at Dental Concepts are AMAZING! They are all so sweet, thoughtful and experienced. Karrie is made me feel so welcome and well taken care of with genuine conversations and explained everything they were doing during my dental exam so well.
