Dental Concepts is a great place! They offer great customer service and did an incredible job on my teeth. I enjoy coming here to get my dental work done. Katie and Tiffany were very friendly and made me feel comfortable when I was nervous. Paola was also a very great dental assistant. Also Dr. Patel was very personable as well.

I love the staff at Dental Concepts they are wonderful thorough and knowledgeable. I have never gone to a dentist as detailed oriented as Dr. Patel. The staff put my mind at ease and helped me relax his lovely wife greeted me at the door . The prices and the small office atmosphere is so worth it! Thank God for such wonderful people who care!

I’m so glad I found this dentist office! If you’re looking for a clean and welcoming environment, this is the place. Dental Concepts has appointments available for anyone and (mostly) anytime. Not only does Dr. Patel treat your mouth, but he educates you and actually helps you to understand what’s going on with your teeth. You will enjoy coming to the dentist after your first visit :)

I called in to complete an emergency wisdom teeth removal and they were able to complete it next day. Then they completed extensive dental work and we are now doing Invisalign. They don’t judge and strive to educate. Highly recommend.

Dr. Patel is very patient and meticulous about his work. The staff is simply awesome.This includes the receptionist and insurance staff. The insurance specialist ensures you know your benefits and takes the time to explain them along with your treatment plan to you. I honestly do not like going to the dentist by Dental Concepts has changed this mindset. You can clearly tell people genuine they are and they make you feel very comfortable.

I definitely recommend Dental Concepts. Everyone here is super nice and friendly they do an excellent job in keeping up with all their patients, they make you feel like if they know you for ever. They are all very welcoming and super caring. Dr. Patel and his staff are very informative and are very willing to work with you in any way they can to help you meet your dental hygiene goals. The experiences I've had at Dental Concepts have been wonderful. Staff especially, Dr. Patel, were very professional. The office is very clean and modern. They made me feel very relaxed when I had to get several procedures done last month. What I thought would be a painful experience was actually a pleasant one. Watching a movie during the procedures was awesome!!! I am very satisfied with my choice of dentist after moving to Dallas from New Jersey. Highly Recommend!!!
