Staff is very friendly and attentive. Had been over 5yrs since I had any cleaning or dental work done, and they made me feel very calm. Everything was explained to me so I'd understand before the work was done. So happy to have found this office, can't wait to get my braces started!

I literally have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. I had called them to get my husband in for an appointment for a painful wisdom tooth and they didn’t have a time available that we needed for the consult, but they kept my info and called back a couple days later to check on him thank goodness they did! The first dentist gave us a referral to an oral surgeon that didn’t accept our insurance and Dental Concepts did accept our insurance and they worked quickly with us to get him in ASAP, after hours as a first time patient to get it taken care of because of the pain he was in. The front desk ladies are incredible, kind and so helpful and the dentist and oral surgeon have the best beside manner and are very thorough in their explanations. I used to go Ideal Dental, but I plan on moving all our family dental care needs to here. Not to mention they have amazing hours for people who work full time. You can tell that everyone here really cares about the patients they serve.

I like this dentist office very much. The staff is polite, and they are fast. Dr Patel really knows his job. He did a very good job on my filling. I highly recommend this dentist office. Katy is one of the dental hygienists , she is so sweetie; and knows her job very well.

Honestly I’m impressed from top to bottom front desk to the back room, welcoming when you first walk in with all smiles! Rosie gives you the best comfortability! I was having huge pain in one of my tooth during thanks giving and I waited for 4 days before I called Dental Concepts. They immediately did the appointment for me without delaying and felt sorry for the 4 days of pain I was bearing.
They have a clean and hygenic place with very friendly staff. Before doing any procedure they did told me every expense and my choices so every thing was crystal clear and no out of the blue charges.
What I really like about the dentist is that he was giving me every detail of the problem and also showed me the pictures and xrays. So the problems were real and not made up. He was making sure I get healthy teeth and gums. Overall a very healthy and happy experience. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic staff, they feel like a family. This is not a normal dentist office. All employees are extremely sweet and caring. My experience has been pleasant, they schedule you quickly and are attentive to their patients. I had to get a rootcanal - temp crown - two cavities pulled. And I went back for an adjustment and now I’m good to go! Love them, I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Patel always goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are happy with their dental care!! I love everyone in this office and have been a patient for many years. The staff has taken great care of me during cleanings and best of all I can watch all of my shows on Netflix while they get me taken care of!! You should definitely make Dental Concepts your one stop shop. You won't regret it!
