5/5 friendly staff, amazing service! My mother had horrible tooth pain and we went to another dentist and they were rude and not welcoming at all, but at HomeTown they made us feel at home and well taken care of! What a wonderful customer service experience!

I had such a positive experience with the Irving location. Rose, the receptionist, was extremely helpful in coordinating insurance and assisting with all of my questions and in a timely manner as well. When I arrived to the office, I was seen almost immediately after filling out my paperwork and they got started right away. Leilani was a a great technician and was very tentative. Dr: Williams was very thorough and took her time and advised of a treatment plan for me. The entire office is very clean as well! All in all, I would absolutely recommend this location!

Dr Williams is always very nice and friendly. She makes sure to explain everything and works with me on what we can do. Staff is always nice. Special shout out to Ms Stephanie who always receives me with a smile.

Staff are always friendly and professional. They make our family feel comfortable and the service is quick and consistent. We have been coming here for about 3 years and love it. I have had surgery thru here and the results were exceptional. I love the convenience of weekend appointments. Thank you for helping keep our smiles pearly white and cavity free!!

This is an awesome clinic you will feel right at home which its name goes perfectly with this clinic you will feel supported and the employees always make you feel special. The dentist is nice and understanding and she will make sure you leave this clinic more beautiful than you have felt before I recommend it to everyone.

Hometown Dental is the best dental office. The assistants are awesome. They're very friendly and are GREAT with kids. Let's not forget Dr.Williams and Dr.Jeon ; They are awesome. If you need any work done , I HIGHLY recommend on coming to hometown dental.

Best dental experience I've ever had. I saw Dr. Alan Maedgen at the Irving office. He took the time to ask tons of questions and gave me a complete understanding of what was going on with my teeth. He corrected some things that had been overlooked by other dentists and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend.

If you are not Hispanic looking or speaking , Do NOT waste your time going to this place. On 12.27.2018 In the afternoon,The staff were very rude!!!. After they made me wait for 1h30 min, while they were chatting with coworkers , instead of calling my insurance , the lady did not even bother to apologize. So I called them couple days in advance and wanted to know if I could schedule an appointment. I informed the lady’s that my insurance had changed and gave her all the information she needed for the new insurance . When I arrived , it appeared that they did not call or do any verification which was fine with me as long as they could do it while I was waiting. Unfortunately I ended up waiting for half an hour while the ladies were chatting with friends and making conversations with Hispanic patients . No one bothered to apologize or explain, when I asked she told me that the lady that was there before her did the mistake and she will call the insurance . SHE still didn’t call . Not only that she had an attitude she was also accusing her coworkers instead of fixing the problem . So I ended up leaving and requesting them to remove me from their system . I will never return to this dental office and I DO NOT recommand it .

So professional. They made me feel at home. This was my first time of being to the hospital or clinic or some sort. The front desk personnel is a worldclass professional. She deserves $100/hour. She is a nice lady. I recommend this place

Professional, fast, and friendly!
I was there as soon as they opened at 9 AM. I was experiencing severe pain caused by my wisdom tooth. I did not have an appointment but was seen almost immediately. The dentist determined she could extract the top and bottom wisdom tooth on my affected side. I was out of there by 11:30 AM. I do not have insurance, therefore I did have to pay in full out of pocket. It wasn't as much as I was expected but payment plans are available. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I plan to return for future dental work.
